Two months after a world-ending catastrophe, agoraphobic Riven and his roommate Neal struggle to survive through starvation in the new world while uncovering secrets of their friend who took her own life.

Riven is the main character of the story. He is very closed off, but during this film he will show the deepest parts of his mind. He gets loud, angry, emotional; you will need to play intense parts.

[cold, tired, miserable] "It's at the sink. Could you grab it for me? ...Hey, why are you just, standing there? Move..."
[angry, intense, tired] "It's been weeks already! Can't you see that there's nothing left?! I can't go out there, there's nothing left for me to get... It's all hopeless."
[curious, excited, but still weary] "Odeliah... I knew it, this whole time- you're still alive! You're still here!"
Neal is a very important character to this story. He is the whole reason why Riven has a place to live. He is playful and kind to the people he is close with, but kind of rude to people as a defense mechanism - like a college boy who never grew out of his high school phase.

Odeliah is a character that is mostly talked about, but does appear in the film. She was a friend of Neal's, and someone who was very kind to Riven throughout all twelve years of school. She is sweet, thoughtful, and is always paying attention to detail.
