hey! this is just something to help with motivation and such! I'm creating a comic called hormones and hexes on tapas so I thought listening to how people would think my characters sound like would be fun!

This is Saul, a black magic wizard with decently low self-esteem. shy and pretty easily overwhelmed. with a voice that breaks a bit and peak when he's pushing himself, but not obnoxiously or over the top. pretty average and tame with his voice
I'm awful at describing so I hope this is ok!
Chris VON BRANDT is coming over! (gay panic noises - excited yet freaking out also, I invite any weird noises you want)
I wish I could be what dad wanted... but I'm not built for fighting. (sad and ashamed)
I don't like talking; I don't think I'm very good at it. (nervous and quiet)
Penelope is Saul's best friend, she's like a hyper ball of energy. She's like a slutty gremlin, confident, loud and eccentric. She's a dancer and is very protective of Saul.
What are you talking about? I'm a-dorable! (jokingly offended and jokey)
you know, sometimes I wish I was as brave as you, you say you aren't... but i couldn't do what your doing... (withdrawn and upset)
broscatini- pull ya self together! talk to him. (dramatic and teasing)
Chris is Saul's love interest. He's a sporty guy from a rich magical family known from their fiery magic. super strong and smart. Has a good guy persona but can be vile.
need help? you look lost... (kind, soft. pretty relaxed)
you really are pathetic- really? you're just killing yourself! (angry and frustrated. darker)
hahaha your hilarious, relax, I won't hurt you (relaxed and comfortable, having a grand ol' time)
Emmett is a pretty short, relaxed guy. He's self-conscious about his own masculinity, but other than that he's quiet and reserved. Doesn't speak unless he feels he needs to. He has a monotone feel and voice; he finds it hard to express himself.

girls are pretty, but so are guys... I may not like them as girls do, but I can still appreciate how nice they look (embarrassed, but calm)
argh I really hate those types of guys (pissed, rougher)
