  • Wow, this is gonna be kind of hard to say to all of you talented people.

    It is with much disapointment that I must say that this Homestuck Dub is being officially canceled. With such an increasingly large amount of people auditioning every day, it's become obvious that I'm unfit to complete what I've started. I still have not received all of the narrator lines for the first episode, but with all of the time that's passed I'm glad they never came. This is a project that was created without a clue what I was getting into. And now that I'm actually ready to begin my career as a creator, this project is not going to work out. At the state I'm in, I could never live up to the expectations of all of you wonderful people. The project is such a massive commitment, and it's one that I know I wouldn't be able to finish, at least not without sacrificing the other things I want to create. So, it's with a heavy heart that I say goodbye. Thank you for offering your amazing talents. I'm sure each and every one of you will find a creator more devoted to a Homestuck dub than I. Continue voice acting, and spread the inspiration that Homestuck gave us, even now that the webcomic has ended. Remember: Good fandoms don't die, they go God Tier. See you, and thanks again!

    Alright, even though I changed the final day, today is THE LAST DAY YOU CAN AUDITION FOR JOHN EGBERT, ROSE LALONDE, THE NARRATOR, OR DAD. I am leaving Dave up just because I don't feel comfortable giving out a role with only one audition available (not that the audition I have isn't totally awesome), so he'll be up until I feel safe making a choice.   • Suddenly Close Deadline Wants to Battle!

    So yeah, I've changed the deadline to 413 (for obvious reasons). It's mostly just what I'd consider me being impatient and celebrating the end of seven wonderful years. I might change it back later, but probably not. I changed the accent for Dave since PEOPLE DIDN'T SEEM TO READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT. If you know someone who does a good Dave voice, please ask them to consider joining the project. Otherwise, I'll beg my friend to do it until I find a replacement. Also, KEEP IN MIND: If you ever want OUT of the project, just say something. I'd appreciate it if you finished the act we are on at the time, but I know how precious time and energy is if you ever feel like dubbing all of Homestuck (all of it), is just too big of a responsibility. Serious in serious moments (first line until, "Yes you are certain,") and silly in silly moments (second line).
