Hiring for Animation Studio
Project Overview
Before you continue reading, this is NOT an audition for a single project, but an application to join this production group. We will produce animated short films for the foreseeable future and they will be uploaded to YouTube.

What Is This Group?The studio is call Prismatic Productions. This is a newly founded production group, not a single project, so it will be treated like a job and everything moving forward will be handled professionally. We will all be working as a team and assisting each other to deliver outstanding animated short films that will entertain, move, inspire (,etc...) the YouTube community.
About MeMy name is David, and as your Director, I will be overseeing and managing the projects and working with everyone to ensure deadlines stay on track. As far as credentials, I am a film student who has been in video production classes/groups since elementary and have gained significant knowledge of the film industry. Moreover, I decided to create this group as a way to gain more experience and grow a larger portfolio for me and whoever is selected for this group.
In my freetime, I also enjoy playing video games, drawing, reading, and hanging out with friends.
Payment?Due to this studio being created right now, we currently do not have any revenue. As a result, the roles wont be paid until videos are monetized. But when that happens, any revenue collected will be divided among anyone working on that project based on percentage. And therefore, revenue outcome will be dependent on the quality of what we release. In the case this studio becomes extremely popular and a significant amount of income is being collected, you must be able to do taxes on your earnings. So it is recommended that by applying, you are 18+. Payments will also be sent through either cashapp or paypall.
Requirements?Like I said previously, it is recommended that you are 18+. But with any rule, there are exceptions, such that is you show you have incredible skill in what you do, there is still a chance I may pick you. You must also have a decently open schedule to where you can regularly accomplish what needs to be done. People chosen should show constant hard work and dedication to project goals. When applying to a role, read it to see what I want for that role. Include as much as you want and apply to anything you can do because showcasing a larger amount of work in different styles, as well as displaying you have capability in more than one department will greatly increase your chances of being selected. Additionally, put your discord user in your application so I can contact you if needed.
What If I'm Not Selected?If you are not initially selected to join this studio, don't worry. This is just the first wave of hiring. In the case someone drops out of the project or I start looking for people to fill more positions for additional projects, there's a chance that I may come back here and select you if I think you have the required skill.
What About Voice Actors?This page is just for people to apply for general roles to the studio that will work on more projects as we progress. When a script is created for a project and we need voice actors, I will open up a new project page on CCC for people to audition. Those selected will only be working for that single project and then released after the finalization of that project.
