Her Eyes (Gacha Life)
Project Overview
Two friends, Dao and Chi play an old video game they got from a shady old man. After playing the game, they are transported to an alternate realm. A young faerie greets them, her eyes obscured. They are led to a nearby town. After meeting 3 other people that join them to try and get them back home, they discover the faerie is really a demonic entity trying to keep them there, forever.

Chi is one of the main characters. Her best friend is Dao. The story ends at her being 19, but she starts off at 18, end of senior year. When transported to the different realm she becomes another creature. Heterochromia runs in the family, and in the normal realm, she is a demon.
She is cheerful and likes to joke around. She wears red bandages to signify her support of mental illness, which she herself suffers from, in the form of OCD.
She is one of the fastest runners at her school but only runs when in danger or at the track to not show off.

Hey, it's going to be okay. I'll come visit, I promise, okay?
(She is surprised and confused, she just appeared in a forest with Dao close behind)

*Accent Doesn’t Really Matter*
Dao is the best friend of Chi. She is cheerful, and quite similar in personality to Chi. She is more serious than Chi, however. Dao when she was young was bullied for her eye condition, which could be why she sought Chi as a friend. She prefers to wear pants, but thinks Chi looks cute in her outfits.
Like Chi, she thinks she pansexual (although Chi thinks she might be asexual), and believes she might have a crush on Chi.
Dao’s sister is in the military and recently was deployed overseas, which is a sore subject between her and Chi, due to Chi’s desire to join the military, and Dao not wanting to lose her.
You will need to be able to show a range of emotions, and she’s normally the one who occasionally swears.
(She’s debating with her inner thoughts if she put Chi, who had fallen asleep on the floor, onto a bed.)
“Excuse me-“
“Awh hell naw”
(Dao is very upset, choking up/voice cracking, but mad.)
“Shut up Chi! I’m not losing you too!”
”I don’t care about your GODDAMN MORAL COMPASS OR WHATEVER THE HELL IT IS.”
(Dao is realizing her mistake and calms down)
“I’m sorry. Cereal, (she hesitates) I didn’t mean it that way.”
