Deadline was pushed back a week.
Due to some changes, and lack of auditions we are extending the process to the 9th of June. Some of the auditions we have received are great so far, and we hope this change isn't too inconvenient.
GTA V Military Clan Recruitment Video
Project Overview
Hello, you might be wondering what this is about. I'll tell you. I lead a Military themed clan in GTA V, a very hectic online game, where my clan uses military themed equipment, etc.
We are currently creating a professional trailer to be released in the coming weeks. The theme of this trailer involves a narrative where the State the game takes place in (San Andreas), succumbs to gang violence and terrorist attacks. In a desperate attempt, the Governor orders the creation of the San Andreas Defense Front. Troops deploy and see success in combating domestic terrorism. In terms of characters the Governor is the only one that stands out. Most VO will be included in the background for emotional effect.
We need voice actors to fill many roles within this narrative. From first responders, News anchors questioning the safety of the State, to Military chatter. We are looking for a diverse set of actors to make it feel real, while relating to the game.

About me:
I am a 16 year old from the northern State of Minnesota. I have no previous experience as a casting director. However, that being said it is something I am willing to improve upon, and learn from this project.
In terms of deadlines, we would like the voiceovers completed before the 13th of June. We are working with a tight release schedule so I hope you understand. This project is a one time video, so there are no long term commitments to be made.
When I select voice actors, I will pull everyone into a Discord chat to speak about the project and pull auditions together.

During the scenes, there will be external commentary from many sources, one of them being the talk show host/blogger. Very questioning of the government as a whole, he does not trust them. He makes this very clear, and as a response, the defense force sees action +success.
(questioning) You know what i think? I think this is a government conspiracy.
(mocking) The National Guard can't even protect San Andreas, what is this "Defense Force" going to change?
