This project has been abandoned because I only just realised that you cannot replace audio files in GTA 3.

The main man of GTA 3, Claude. He will only speak during cutscenes, and will sometimes swear at cars while driving.
"Yes sir, Mr. Leone."

The main antagonist of GTA 3.
"My, my, you have been a busy boy! But you haven't learnt, I'm not to be trusted! Kill the idiot!"
"Sorry babe, but I'm an ambitious girl, and you? You are just small time."
The first person Claude talks to in the opening mission, Give Me Liberty.
“I know a place near the edge of the Red Light District where we can lay low, but my hands are all messed up, so you better drive, brother.”
“Okay, let's do this thing! I can set this baby to detonate, but I still can't use a piece with these hands. Here, this rifle should help you pop some heads!”
The first person to give Claude a mission.
“Remember no one messes with my girls! So keep your hands on the wheel! If you don't mess this up, maybe there be more work for you. Now get outta here!”
“Oh my girls have been missing you so long Salvatore, you been away too long.”
"How yah doing kid? The Don's son, Joey Leone, he wants some action from his regular girl Misty."

“Hey, I'm Joey. Luigi said you were reliable so come back later, there might be some work for you. Alright?”
"Oh! Here's the guy I was telling you about! Alright Listen. This guy ain't Italian and he's no mechanic but he can get things fixed."

Maria's friend and one of Claude's best allies.

Asuka's brother and the waka-gashira of the Liberty City Yakuza. Note that he has a lisp.
