GLITCHTALE DUBBED (SEASON 1 + 2 THE MOVIES)

Director Jessica Grey was the head of the Anti-Monsters Department, the District Leader of Determino succeeding Noah Rutrow, and the mother of Alina Grey Rutrow. After her daughter ran away, Jessica fell into a state of depression, losing her SOUL Trait of Integrity. Twenty years later, monsters were freed from the Underground, but Jessica distrusted them, so Frisk spent a month convincing her that monsters were allies to humans. However, Jessica swore revenge on them after learning that Asgore Dreemurr murdered her daughter, forming a temporary alliance with Bête Noire. She then played a major role in Sans's death, to which she deeply regretted and started redeeming herself, but she could not be forgiven by W. D. Gaster. Eventually, as Jessica and Gaster scouted through Determino City, they were attacked by the Kumuzilla, who sent rubble entrapping them. Following a last, remorseful conversation with Gaster, Jessica sacrificed herself by saving Gaster, leading to her getting crushed to death. Finally, Jessica happily reunited with her family in the Afterlife.

Papyrus' voice is universally interpreted as loud, enthusiastic, and confident, but also slightly goofy and bombastic. This is primarily due to his dialogue being written in all-caps and his exaggerated, confident personality, despite being kindhearted and a bit naive. He often sounds loud and has a distinct vocal quality, sometimes compared to characters like Skeletor or Waluigi due to his energetic delivery and over-the-top demeanor. 

Prince Asriel Dreemurr is the biological son of Asgore Dreemurr and Toriel, as well as the Prince of monsters. As a child, he befriended Chara, who was the first human to have fallen into the Underground and adopted by Asriel's parents, officially becoming brothers who had a strong friendship. Chara, intending to free monsters from the Underground, ate buttercups and passed away, allowing Asriel to absorb Chara's human SOUL as part of their plan. Asriel traveled across the Barrier and to Chara's home village, where he was assailed by the humans for supposedly killing Chara, leading Asriel to die from his wounds on the flower garden in New Home. After a Golden Flower with Asriel's essence was injected with Determination, Asriel returned to life as Flowey

Sans' personality is a mix of laid-back and deeply serious. He's known for being lazy, making puns, and having a relaxed, humorous exterior that he uses to lighten the mood and defuse tension. However, beneath this casual facade lies a keen intellect and a sorrowful awareness of the world's cyclical nature, which can make him unexpectedly stern or weary. His love for his brother, Papyrus, is a central part of his character, and he is fiercely protective of him. 

Happstablook is a ghost-like monster who possesses a cybernetic body built by Alphys, becoming a popular celebrity known as Mettaton. During Frisk's journey, Mettaton went along in antagonizing Frisk as part of Alphys's plan to assist the human, though they made amends. After multiple Resets, Mettaton and the rest of the monsters migrated to Meropos and began co-existing peacefully with humans, with Mettaton upgrading into a new, humanoid body called. His fame pursued throughout his time on the surface of Earth, and after learning of Alphys's death at the hands of Bête Noire, Mettaton sought out to stall the creature by battling against her with the aid of his Mettaton NEO body long enough for the Monster Royal Family's arrival. Following the victory against Bête, Mettaton took to live a peaceful life as a star, as he had always been.

Officer Undyne is a highly determined officer of the Determino City Police Department and the former head of the Royal Guard of the Underground. Being a popular idol in the Underground, Undyne was devoted to Asgore Dreemurr's desire to eliminate any human falling into the kingdom and obtain their SOUL. During Frisk's journey through the Underground, Undyne pursued and hunted for him, however, Frisk's pacifism had their relationship settle on good terms. While Frisk repeatedly reseted the timeline, he eventually chose to be foes with Undyne in Neutral Routes. During the Genocide Route, Undyne channelled in her Determination to transform into The Undying and challenged Frisk for the sake of the whole Underground, but she was bested by the child.

In Glitchtale, Toriel is a kind and protective mother figure who was once the Queen of Monsters but now runs a school for gifted children. She is physically a goat-like monster with white fur, small horns, and floppy ears, and she wears a purple robe with a delta rune on her chest. While still a powerful magic user who excels at fire magic and can be protective, this version of Toriel is more actively involved in fighting and teaching than her Undertale counterpart. 

Robin is a young girl that has short light brown hair with spikes at its edges. Her bangs have a rather spiky appearance. Due to her possessing a Bravery soul, she wields a fearless attitude and will never hesitate to hurt anyone when necessary. She also seems to be good-hearted, putting herself at risk to save others. A good example of this in Do or Die, when she stays in Toriel's school in an attempt to save people from being killed by Bete's army of Kumulings. 

When Toriel's Academy For Gifted Youngsters was attacked by an army of Kumulings, Abigail was lost in the corridors and faced by one of the blobs. Terrified, she exclaimed at the Kumuling to go away, and once it attempted to pierce its tongue-harpoon through her chest, Cam arrived just in time with a Shield of Kindness to block the attack, saving Abigail. After Robin destroyed the Kumuling's tongue, she urged the two to quickly leave before Toriel arrived to tell the children to find some place safe.

Alina Grey was the daughter of Jessica Grey and Noah Rutrow as well as the seventh human to have fallen into the Underground. After Noah passed away, Alina was raised by her mother alone, but Jessica had been unable to provide enough attention due to her job at the Anti-Monsters Department. Feeling neglected, she ran away and fell into the Underground, where Alina was eventually killed by Asgore Dreemurr. Her SOUL was then contained for twenty years, and during Frisk's journey, Alina's SOUL and five others were absorbed by Flowey for malicious intent, but the six SOULs turned against and defeated the tyrant. In the True Pacifist Route, Asriel Dreemurr utilized hundreds of SOULs, including Alina's, to destroy the Barrier. After the final Reset, a HATE-infused Chara planned to erase the timeline, but Alina filled Asriel with Integrity to aid him in unearthing Chara's happy memories. The Barrier was destroyed again and Alina ascended to the Afterlife, where she reunited with her parents to spend an eternity in peace.

Doctor Alphys was the royal scientist of the Underground following W. D. Gaster who befriended Frisk. After moving to Determino along with all monsters, Alphys participated in the war against Bête Noire, finally deciding to become more bold, but it resulted in her accidental demise at the spear of her love interest Undyne, which haunted the latter until she discovered closure for Alphys's death.

Amber Lightvale was the younger sister of Copper and Agate Lightvale. During her siblings's second duel, Amber was murdered by her insane sister and her body was used as a vessel for Bête Noire.

Zachary is one of the characters in Glitchtale. Zachary made his debut in the 2nd part of Game Over.

Hugo Phenix is one of the characters on Glitchtale. Nothing is known about this character, aside from that he is Ronan's son. Hugo made his debut in Game Over Part 2.
