Project Overview
Plot/summary: Mason Smith, widely known from his vigilante personas Ghost and Mysterious, is going through moral turmoil with his partners Russo and Ethan about stopping crime lethally. Stakes grow higher as a drug lord and pimp, Tino, makes his way on the scene of the Stelport, driving crime at an all time high with drug and human trafficking shipments. A legally signed vigilante, Nightwatcher, is hired to the task of taking down his former partner, Ghost, and bringing in Tino for their crimes. Mason will have to choose whether to take the law into his own hands like old times or let legal authorities do their job.

Tino Alvarez is a 30-year-old pimp head of the drug and human trafficking world in Stelport and is one of many Stelport's crime bosses. Ever since his uncle died due to the brutality of vigilantism in the 2000s, he picked up his uncle's infamous mantel and ruled his business out of powerful greed for power. for the past 20n years, he controlled the sex, drugs, and booze of the city of Stelport. Although he loves to get his hands dirty, being active and all-out turf war, killing rivals that stand in his way, and most of all, making examples of vigilantes who try to put an end to his terror, he likes to get in people's heads and make them work for him, whether by smooth talking or blatant threats. He'll be the main antagonist in my film but will appear in later films and in flashbacks. his voice: Smooth, silver-tongued, charismatic.
