Five Nights at Freddy's: The Afton Family

Project Overview

YOU MUST BE 18+ TO AUDITION

[Wave 1]

Summary: 

Charlie struggles to process her grief after her friend Dave died in a gruesome accident 3 months prior. With the reopening of Freddy’s, her father is too absorbed into his work to notice that she's being bullied. Dave’s father, also overcome with his own form of grief, steps up in his place.

Est recording time: Exact dates will be discussed with actors. There will be multiple recording sessions for different groups. Some characters need multiple sessions. You will be compensated in case of extra work.

This is a FNaF fan project that exists for the joy of it, and is not made with the intention of profit. I apologize for not being able to offer as much pay as I want to, I hope to be able to increase the amounts for the next one! a lot of the roles will reappear and if you are cast, I’d like to keep you on the team for the rest of the series. Please only audition if you know you’ll be willing to see the project through the end. 



IMPORTANT:

  1. !!!! YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 WITH NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS IS FOR SAFETY REASONS !!!! INCLUDING (ESPECIALLY) for the child characters.

  2. You are allowed to audition multiple times, even for the same character. You can also be cast for multiple characters!

  3. Anyone who is associated with Nazism or any of its ideals is NOT allowed to participate. This includes Maga, Ice, anti LGBT or racist nonsense. 

  4. Upon being cast, you will be invited to a private work discord server together with everyone who works on the project. This is where main communication, planning, discussion and so will occur! I will also personally direct you with the other actors in this same server.

  5. I can ONLY pay via paypal! I am European and cannot use things like venmo or cashapp, which are USA exclusive


Additional Q/A

  • Casting, dismissing and shortlisting will only begin after the auditioning period ends!

  • All auditions will be listened to by me personally (the artist, director and writer) and shortlists will be reviewed by me and my co writer together.

  • There will be no bias, everyone has equal opportunity

  • Some characters are missing because they have already been cast and/or are being recruited privately. Others are missing because they will be cast for the 2nd wave of auditions. There will be several casting calls for my endless amount of characters and all will be paid.

  • YES YOU ABSELOUTELY HAVE TO BE 18+ do not fear buddy, you may be able to catch future casting calls if you're not yet old enough

  • [7 DAYS LEFT] - Review begins

    7 DAYS LEFT TO AUDITION! Casting will close on the 20th, and review will slowly start up today in order to get trough all auditions fairly within a timely manner. Here’s the big 3 things that will be looked at:

    • Microphone quality 

    • Line delivery (focus on acting, not if you matched the exact intension)

    • Character compatibility (does your voice suit the character?)

    IMPORTANT: There will be NO casting until the deadline has passed, only shortlists and dismissals. Casting will only begin after every single audition has been viewed and sorted.

    The casting call will conclude on Monday the 20th of July. If you have not already, make sure to submit your audition before then.

Henry is a middle aged man, with a passion for robotics and entertainment, comes off as a bit weird. I'm looking for somebody who is a bit older, and is skilled in character acting! Somebody who sounds natural, very human, when acting. He has a LOT of voice lines in the first chapter alone. The pay listed below is for ch1. 


Please show off your acting in your audition :) Henry is a major character throughout the whole story, so please only audition if you are prepared to play him for a while. Feel free to include additional lines/retakes if you feel them necessary!

Elizabeth (age 5 at the start, 7 at end) is the youngest Afton child. She's a sensitive girl who very badly wants her fathers attention. Looking for an actor with the freedom to scream. SHE HAS A BRITISH ACCENT this is unnegotiable !!!


IMPORTANT: In this segment she's a minor character, but she has a whole arc dedicated to her later on! You'd be asked to play her again for chapter 2 and onward. The 2nd and 3rd audition lines are for future chapters where she is 6-7 years old, while the 1st is for when she is 5 years old. Payment for chapter 2++ is a lot more.

GIVE ME UR BEST AMERICAN NEWS REPORTER LADY VOICE AND MY LIFE (this role) IS YOURS!!! I'm looking for something like the stereotypical news reporter voices you see on American TV! So rather devoid of emotion for the most part. 


She's a young woman (early-mid 20s) whose voice plays over the TV. If you don't have the best microphone It's forgivable for this role because i will voice effect you(r voice). She has very little lines and does not appear clearly on screen.
