Fantastic Dreamer English Fandub
Project Overview
I have written an original set of english lyrics for the opening song of the anime Konosuba, Fantastic Dreamer. I am looking for a female singer who is interested in the role. I have plans to upload the cover onto youtube, I will be doing editing and other stuff internally, all that is required for this role is simply singing. The actual song itself will only be about 1 minute 30 in length, we will only be doing the opening bit, not the full song.
For those who have not seen the anime, its a 12 episode comedy about the "guy stuck in a video game world" genre. Essentially the main charecter himself is incredibly weak and has no special traits in which would mark him as a hero in a fantasy world. He is also grouped with members that all have horrible quirks, such as a mage that can only cast 1 massive explosion spell a day, and refuses to learn any other spell. Thus the song itself is in a hopeful tone, and essentially says that despite the abysmal circumstances, that there is still a lot to look forward to.
For the audition itself, feel free to choose any english cover of an anime song or any english song you feel is appropriate. Appropriate meaning that the song should be upbeat, moderate-fast paced.
-Please remember that a good mic is REQUIRED
-Feel free to do any of your own voice editing to your audition file as you see fit to make the audition sound good
-The audition song should preferably be upbeat, fast etc. like the song above
-You are not required to sing the ENTIRE song, but do give a at least a solid 30 seconds of preformance for us to evaluate
