This mod features a brand new character, Eddy, a brooding and mysterious emo boy who's ready to challenge Boyfriend in an intense rhythm battle. With original music, characters, and storylines, this mod will push Boyfriend to face off against Eddy’s emotional, powerful tunes.
The VS Eddy mod is all about showcasing raw emotion through music, exploring the complexity of love, pain, and self-doubt, with a deeply personal connection to the characters. In this mod, Boyfriend will not only face off against Eddy, but also delve into his own emotional turmoil as he tries to prove he’s strong enough to keep up with Eddy's haunting beats.
Story:
Boyfriend stumbles upon a new, unknown enemy: Eddy, a dark, mysterious figure who uses music as his outlet to process years of emotional pain. While battling against him, Boyfriend starts to realize that the music they share isn't just a competition—it's a way of confronting their inner struggles. Will Boyfriend be able to handle the dark emotions that Eddy brings, or will the weight of the battle crush him?
VS Eddy explores themes of self-reflection, inner conflict, and the fragility of relationships, all wrapped up in an emotionally charged, rhythm-filled showdown.

Voice actors who can bring depth and emotion to their roles, especially in the context of an emo, angsty, and raw atmosphere.
Character designers/animators who can bring to life the dark, stylized aesthetic of the mod, including unique character animations.
Musicians who are familiar with the emo genre and can contribute to composing original tracks that fit the tone of the mod.
