Life has been so incredibly busy thank you everyone for auditioning and waiting! In the next few weeks i may begin to pick some va’s! However it may be just a few more months before i actually manage to start working on the project

Project Overview
Welcome to Yumenosaki Academy, a private school that specializes in training male idols.
You transfer in as the very first student in Yumenosaki's brand-new Producer track, and also happen to be the only female student.
You'll meet a variety of unique students here. Now and in the days to come, you'll play out your very own youthful ensemble

Ensemble stars is Japanese game by a Happy Elements. There are many different stories to tell in this school including romance, friendship, revolution, and hardships. With over 40 characters, I am very desperate for voice actors to make a dub so English-speaking fans can have an easier time learning the stories of ensemble stars.
REQUIREMENTS:
-have a at least decent-ish mic
-have a way I can contact you (preferably discord but Instagram, email, etc will work too!)
VOICE ACTORS:
please audition for more than one character. You have a high chance of getting cast for more than one character (provided you can change your voice at least a little bit)
FOR GIRL VA’S- (or anyone with a ‘feminine’ voice) while there are no female characters, I highly recommend you audition anyway! There are a handful of boys who I view as having more feminine voices (example: Hajime Shino, Arashi, Nazuna, the Aoi twins, Tori, Himemiya, Sora, etc)
ANY VA who is interested in my opinion of which characters they should audition for feel free to message me! There are a lot of characters and I’d be more than happy to help sort out which to audition for. The deadline for auditions is loose- if it comes time for auditions to close and you would like some more time or like me to reopen auditions I most likely will!
Also, once you’ve decided who to audition for, please peek at the character description! I do have some extra info there but there are a lot of clues in there for how the voice should sound. Also don’t stress to much on pronunciation! That can be easily fixed! I’m mostly looking for the sound of your voice and the emotion you put in!
TOOLS TO USE:
I added a video of each character's japanese voice actor saying 'Ensemble Stars' Feel free to use this as a guide! The characters are listed in the same order, however, there are a few newer characters missing from it (Everyone in Switch, MaM, and Eden) I'm also adding an extra audition spot where you can send in any clips of your voice and ill suggest which characters to audition for!
EDIT: 12/27 I added voice notes for each character and i'm also looking into payment to give everyone a little something for helping out! For now I have payment listed for Trickstar but best case scenario, each role gets paid!

Voice Notes: Subaru is a very energetic boy who's known to be charismatic and attention grabbing. He is naive and child like especially at the start. His voice would be in the higher range but not feminine.

Description: Calm, cool, and collected, Hokuto is a hard-working perfectionist. He hates when his pace is disturbed. Though he might come across as cold to his noisy classmates at first, he values his friends. Voice notes: Hokuto is the organized but caring type. He is the voice of reason in most situations. He takes things too literally and doesn't quite grasp how comedy works.

Description: Though he acts the part of an energetic mood-maker, Makoto is actually poor at communicating. He's also terrible at talking with girls alone. To overcome his inarticulateness, he actively makes a great effort in striving to become an idol. Before joining Yumenosaki, he was a model. It wasn't his intention to become a model in the first place, but he's been in show business since childhood because of his parents.
Voice notes: Makoto is a lot like subaru except more reserved. He'll eagerly partake in jokes but he's a bit more reserved and awkward. Despite having been a model, his self confidence is quite low. He'd be happy and energetic and almost child-like but lacking projection.

Description: Mao is a reliable boy who loves taking care of others and never fails to lend a helping hand, even when he complains about it. Even though he is the student council's treasurer, he's also a member of the unit Trickstar, and the two groups often go head-to-head against each other. He doesn't like getting into trouble, but always finds himself dragged into it.
Voice notes: Mao is also usually happy and optimistic but also responsible and calm. He'd have a plain voice but with a lot of emotion in it. He's mostly polite but wont hesitate to defend his friends.

Athletic but not the smartest guy around, Shinobu doesn't quite make the best use of his own potential.

He actually wasn't intending to become an idol; he just entered the "idol course" by mistake.

Description: Mild-mannered and mysterious, Kanata is one of the "Three Oddballs." The teachers often keep a close watch on him since his eccentric behavior stands out a lot, such as installing a giant fish tank and other enigmatic apparatuses in the academy as a part of the Marine Bio Club. He's usually calm and takes it easy, but gets excessively excited when it comes to marine life. He seems obsessed with eating his food with soy sauce. He loves soaking in water and watching the ocean despite the fact that he cannot swim.
Voice notes: slightly nasally and very airy voice. He's not timid but his voice is very soft. It sounds like his head is in another world.
