Endercrest Academy
Project Overview
Endercrest Academy follows the adventures of Joy Nubila, Benjamin Jacobson, Rosie Elliott, and Bardon Kale as they navigate attending a magic college run by Phoenix and Haeasynthia Alatos, while racing against the clock to master their abilities before "the end of the year," when the Null has promised to level their school and leave none alive. While some characters grow closer together, others fade away, never to be seen again.

This character is one of the five lead characters. She's 16 at the time, with an almost "light" voice. She has some personal issues to deal with, including having witnessed her entire family's deaths a year prior, so she's extremely close to her friend Rosalie Elliott, or Rosie. She befriends a young man only known as PBJ, and

(Angry, holding back tears) You think I don't know that already? Don't spout how you're surprised I'm alive! You're not the only one wishing I was dead!
(Insulted) Excuse me? I ate a chorus fruit, same as you! So what if I'm 16? Irene chose me anyway! Humph! (pause, then sheepishly) Um...where exactly am I staying?
(Overstimulated but happy) I-Irene! Please, stop! I love this, and I love the whole plants thing, but my head's starting to throb right now from overload! Can I please get this on paper before my brain shorts out?
Benjamin Jacobson is a rather crass young Black man with mother issues, and befriends a young woman known only as Cloudy. He's very tenacious, and ends up being one of the four most powerful magic users in the world-but without much control over his power, prompting Phoenix and Haeasynthia, the Headmaster and Headmistress, to pair him up with Joy, much to their chagrin (and eventual resignation).

(Soft, apologetic) No. In fact, I need to apologize. What I said last night was completely uncalled-for.
(Sarcastic) Frankly, I'm a dick who's only here because I had the balls - or lack of brains - to eat an ENTIRE scale-forsaken Chorus Fruit!
(Gentle) Anyway, at first, nobody belongs. It's only when you make a place for yourself that you can begin to fit in.
Rosalie, referred to as "Rosie" in universe by her friends, is a bubbly young woman, best friends with Joy, they've gone through a lot together. She's more of a supporting character at this time, but her character is intended to get an entire storyline focused on her later.
(Scared, desperate) Joy! We HAVE to get moving! Please! (Urgent) Joy! You have to move! JOY!
(Excited) Joy! I can't believe it! You're actually here? Thank Irene! (Suspicious) Wait. Why exactly are you here?
(Serious, warningly) Remember, Joy. Don't disturb your neighbors. Especially the one on this wall. He's a mean one.
This role is the main villain's second phase in the entire saga, of which this is the ending. After the Null escapes in the Prologue, he corrupts the soul of Cassandra Jacobson, Benjamin's mother. He, or should I say, they, then stay more in the background, only resurfacing over the next nine months as the characters progress in their abilities to remind them that they're gonna be coming for them. They're finally defeated when Joy throws the Null's body into the glass sphere that had once contained him, separating him from Cassandra. Unlike in the previous story, when the Null's avatar repents once the Null leaves, Cassandra rejects Benjamin, curses at him, and says she wishes he was dead, before dying herself.

(Ominous) Haeasynthia, this is not a warning.
(Derisive) As if I have. You know nothing. You only think you do.
(Sarcastic) Ooh, now I have you hooked, eh?
Bardon Kale is the best friend of Benjamin Jacobson, is ever ready for a quip, yet remains calm in dire situations.

(Calm, empathetic) Ben. I know that you care deeply for Joy. She needs you. Now go out there and kick some serious Alpha butt!
(Amused) Oh, so he's a bastard? Not yours, then? Explains why I like him.
(Urgent) BEN! GET DOWN! (Pauses, coughs, quiet) Everyone okay? Ben, what was that?
This character is a goddess in the body of an 18-year-old Latina girl. She intersperses sage motherly advice with teasing more suited for her apparent age, really setting her up as the most unusual character in the series. She also has an unexplained attachment to Joy, so much so that Joy becomes known as "The Unkillable Girl" just because of Irene's meddling.

(Lighthearted) Relax, Joy. I'm not in my human form just to have everyone freak out around me!
(Motherly) Oh! I need to get prepared for the initiation ceremony, and YOU need to eat. Initiation is SERIOUSLY exhausting.
(Quick but not choppy; she just remembered this) I almost forgot. During initiation, close your eyes to focus. It helps. Keep that in mind, okay?
Josiah Aquila is a minor character, mostly a teacher/admin. He's in charge of admissions. The main contribution he makes to the series is in being Siena's husband, and is mostly there for marriage wisecracks.

(Amused) You know, Siena, although your father told me this relationship would require lots of investment, I seriously doubt this is what he meant.
(Friendly but buisnesslike) Ah. I see. Ben, Joy, my father-in-law decided to pair you two, and since the two of you are so inevitably intertwined with these two, it looks l
