Project Overview
In the year 2018 a meteorite crashed on an island in the pacific ocean releasing a mysterious energy from it . The U.S Government sent out a black ops unit to go explore the area. When they come across the meteorite the Government decides to study the meteorite taking and refining a piece down to a orb. When the leader of the group touches the orb he sees a vision of his own personal future. A version of the future where the world is in a time of peace because of his actions. When he came to, he killed all the other members and went AWOL.
5 years later 10,000 teenagers are chosen for a cruise for the summer as a preliminary for a prestigious school traveling abroad. When they arrive at the cruise they find it's not all what they expected. They gain elemental powers from gloves with orbs they were given to wear on their left hand. Once the kids gather for an assembly where the captain has two kids display their powers in combat.
They quickly realize that this isn't what they expected because after the battle they quickly see both kids get horrifically murdered. The kids on the cruise go into crisis mode and the captain explains that the man in charge has tasked them to train themselves with these powers and kill anyone who is weak until their voyage is over.
This summer is gonna be survival of the fittest.
The story will follow multiple characters. These characters' names are Vex Morgan, Cassie Vega, Kyga Jules, Julian Scott, and Sara Taylor. The story will follow their perspectives on slowly unraveling what they can do with their powers while also surviving the summer on a cruise ship where nothing matters but survival.

Vex is a 14 year old who before he awakens his power has a very pessimistic outlook on life. He believes there's no point to putting in effort because it will all amount to nothing. when he breaks that view he's a pretty chill guy withy some slight main character energy.

Kyga is a comedic, hyper active, happy go lucky character who is a reference to almost any Shonen protagonist. however Kyga when when moments matter becomes extremely serious and locks in. he is the heart of the team. and would defend and protect his friends until his last breath.

Cassie is The serious Member of the group who takes any chance to lead as she feels she's the most qualified. her and Vex have history but is trying to put it behind her to survive and move forward. Cassie feels she has to constantly take charge because if she doesn't she fears she will lose control of everything. she is also a pretty big hot head. She's a real Spitfire.

Julian is the oldest in the group being 16 he naturally doesn't feel obligated to take orders from anyone. he's very arrogant and rude feeling that if the conversation won't lead to something important he'll shut it down. he's also very prone to having outburst that seem to show he's got major anger issues.
