Durarara Q&A
Project Overview
My friend and I thought of making a durarara character Q&A series on youtube. Basically we all would be in a skype call where we would either talk about random topics or answer questions. How we will record the audio for the video is going to be decided, and for how we will make the video is as well. Feel free to join the group by auditioning. Oh yeah, and I'll add more roles if needed. If you have seen the series that would be alot better incase of questions that are spoilers, unless you dont mind spoilers.//

Unlike Mairu, Kururi is softspoken and shy. She often stands out at school for wearing a gymanstic outfit instead of the usual outfit. Just like her sister, she is a huge fan of Shizuo's brother Kasuka. Kururi will sometimes kiss her sister Mairu, but will usually recieve kisses from her instead.
"Did that cheer you up?"
"Yuuehi!"
Shinra is a a doctor that preforms plastic surgery on people secretly. He is rather intrested in interesting phenomena, such as Shizuo's power and Celty's body functions. Shinra is able to tell Celty's emotions without her having a head. He also loves her deeply and intents to marry her.
"I've been in love with you for 20 years."
"Why are you walking around around in this condition?!?"
"You should only show your feminine side in bed-"
Anri is very introverted and quiet, rarely speaking to anyone for any extended period of time. She is also shown to be rather submissive and tends to "go with the flow" when someone is harassing her or even when she is not being harassed. She tends to be ore expressive later in the series.
"I lack many things. So to make up for it, I live as a parasite off of many things."
"I can't love anymore. That's why I rely on Saika to love for me."
Unlike the other characters in Durarara, Celty has a more down to earth personality. She is also a confident and optimistic person. In the beginning Celty tends to avoid most people as they usually react negatively upon realizing she has no head. However, she has recently begun opening up more to people as she encounters others who are not only accepting of the paranormal. Celty tends to be very close to Shinra, even though she will hurt him sometimes when he jokes around. Sometimes she will even joke with him slightly.
"Maybe the world isn't as bad as you think."
"What you see isn't necessarily reality. Everyone has secrets... ...things they can't tell others. There are no normal people anywhere."
Mikado is a polite and a soft spoken boy. He can be quite childish and naive at times. He may have a timid personality, but he is also shown to have a fairly strong will.
"I wanted to live in a way unlike everybody else."
"Your jokes are just as lame as in the chats!! You really are Kida-Kun!"
Mairu, unlike her sister Kururi is a troublemaker at school like her brother Izaya.She introduces herself as liking to read encyclopedias, manga, and adult magazines. She also declares that she is bisexual and is looking for girls who are interested. Like her sister, she is a big fan of Shizuo's brother Kasuka. She stated that she would gladly see her brother be ran over by a truck to be able to see Kasuka. She is very good at martial arts and is what you would say is that she's more hyper than her sister. She tends to kiss her sister somewhat often.
"Yuuhei-san's gonna be claimed by someone else....Why? Why?"
"Again! Again!"
"What is it Kuru?"
Masaomi has a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality, and is almost always seen fooling around, smiling, making bad jokes, teasing friends, and hitting on girls. He is also shown for caring deeply for his friends. Later in the series he tends to become more serious, but not by a lot.
"Live by the boobie, die by the boobie."
"No need to reply right away! I'm currently awaiting replies from seven girls, and i'm trying to decide which one I should go out with!"
"Now it's my turn to chase the past."
Izaya is cunning and charming but his manipulative nature prevents him from making any genuine or lasting bonds with others. He has a very jolly and mocking personality, speaking with most people as if they are close friends and often using nicknames, such as "Shizu-chan" for Shizuo and "Dotachin" for Kyohei. He even will talk like a girl on some occasions.
"I love humans! I just love them! I'm in love with them! That's why humans should come to love me as well."
"Thanks a lot for proving just how ugly and imature you are..it's been REAL."
"You know the problem with you shizu-chan is that you can't be swayed with reason and thats bad."
Like Erika, Walker is a very passionate otaku and manga reader. Though, unlike Erika he is not into yaoi. He is usually always with Erika as well. He also likes to perform torture by letting the victim to choose a light novel or manga, and carrying out the scene or event.
"Oh, man. Masaomi...You can't mistake reality for your delusions. Blue Square never existed. Isn't that for the best?"
"So, yeah. Here goes the "Make me an anime hero via a happy ending" plan!"
FYI: If you can't yell, Shizuo probably isn't the part to try for.
Shizuo is very short tempered and very strong due to his anger to the point to where he is able ot pull signs from the ground, pull trees from the ground, and more since he was a kid. He also tends to not be effected by pain as much as others. He HATES Izaya. He's hated Izaya since he met him in highschool and doesn't want Izaya around him or even in Ikebukuro. Shizuo also hates violence.
"I-ZA-YA!"
"Oh i'm not mad. I just wanna beat the shit out of you."
"What is life? Why do people live? Someone asked me that, and then I beat him within an inch of his life."
Erika is a hard core Anime Otaku, usually seen with her close friend Walker. She gets extremely enthusiastic about anything anime or manga related. Her personality can come off as being hyper and strange, but she proves later on that she can be calm and can reason with people, although she's right back to being her normal otaku self immediately after the topic changes. She tends to love yaoi.
"Top and bottom! Top and bottom! Top and bottom! Top and-"
"If you make fiction just as vauable as reality, then any reality you don't need can be a delusion."
