Dreams of Aldermoor
Project Overview
A Medieval Minecraft Roleplay about the stories within Aldermoor, a small village with no ruler. We follow the female main character and her travels, from her small city of Aldermoor, after she assumes the role of lordship, Aldermoor begins to. flourish.
We need voice actors and body actors ( hopefully same role ) for this project as well as some other roles to fill. This series is very dedicated, and if anyone involved disappears with no notice for more than a week, we will be forced to replace you promptly. Give a notice the best you can if you are having troubles. If you do come back, shoot us a message and we can discuss.
Requirements:
You must be 17 or older to join the project unless you play a child character.
Decent Mic and Limited background noise
You have to be able to record between either the hours of 4pm CST- 8pm CST or 1amCST-3amCST. Do the time zone conversions BEFORE auditioning. Negotiations can be worked out, just list your availability within the audition comments.
POC Actors are prioritized for POC characters, we need for representation in the VA world!
72 hour turn around time is required! We need our lines turned in!
The more times you attempt a line, the more likely you are to get cast. We want to hear your range! Also include any special talents like singing or impressions!

The town carpenter, Ezekield is often spending his time building up new things for the village. With a knack for creation and horrible luck, his creations never survive for long. He's used to his misfortune, it all being a generational curse brought upon his ancestors whom were cursed by a witch for hiding out in her hutch on their way to pursue forbidden love. Ezekield is exasperated but also used to this curse brought upon him. Many townsfolk wonder why he doesn't just stop trying.
He has a middle register voice, a bit of rasp added. Closest Voice claim would be Ben Shwartz as Leonardo in ROTMNT

A sweet and kindhearted boy, Myles is the childhood friend of our main character, and he dreams of being a guard. He has dedicated his life to training and now that he is of age, he has ascended to true guardship. But with no proper training facility or program, he has to build his fighting skills himself. When he realizes his stagnant progress, he has to travel out to another village in order to get the true training he deserves.
He has a small and boyish voice, with a shy side. Voice claim is similar to Paracelsus from Guilty Gear

Cyprian is an ill-mannered, cocky and spiteful prince with his eye on godhood. He is the leader of an evil cult called the Umbran Sect, whom is determined to bring ancient evils back into the world. He has multiple interactions with the main character under disguise of common-folk, and toys with the minds of not only the characters that interact with him, but the viewers also.
His voice is smooth and sinister, voice claim being Roger Rose in Fire Emblem: Fates as Niles.
( cocky ) Do you have any idea what you're getting into?
( laughing, slightly deranged) Your little knight- oh he was just adorable! ( mocking ) I'll keep her from your clutch! ( break out into laughter again)
( angry talking through his teeth) she did..WHAT. ( not yelling but panicked scolding ) I told you to lock her in her room- for fucks sake did you let her go to the bathroom?!? Thats escape plan #1 you imbiciles!

The female best friend of our main character, they met when they were young but didn't actually become friends until after Myles left town. Adults now, Colette helps run the bakery with our main character and is absolutely boy crazy. She serves as the link between the viewer and the characters. So she will often say whatever is on her mind, the characters having the chance to either acknowledge it or ignore it completely. A fourth wall breaker at worst and a complete story shifter at best, Colette gives our main character the advice and helping hand she needs when times get more than tough.

When Myles returns to the village with his newfound skill and abilities, it is not without grave danger as he warns the town of horrible things to come. He is very noticibly different, gaining a new confidence within himself and seemingly doesn't notice how much our main character has changed either. He is still clumsy in social situations but returns to the heroic and brave character he was molded into during training, which seems to have a weaker foundation than we thought.
His voice is smoother and kind, voice claim to Lucifer Morningstar in the new Hazbin Hotel Series.

The grandaughter of the witch that lived to curse Ezekield's bloodline. She is a clumsy witch that watches the village from the shadows. She often watches him, dedicating her studies to find a way to uncurse the poor boy. Going unoticed for a long time she began to get clumsy with her- well...stalking. She's developed a crush of some sorts on the inventor.
Her voice is reminiscent of A.B.A from Guilty Gear
