Dream Academy is an independently organized online trainee development program hosted through Casting Call Club (CCC). Inspired by the structure of professional idol training systems, the academy offers aspiring performers the opportunity to train in a structured environment while working toward a real debut within the project.

## The Training Program

Accepted applicants will become official Dream Academy trainees and participate in a comprehensive training system designed to encourage artistic and personal growth.

Throughout the program, trainees will complete:

- Monthly Evaluations

- Performance Missions

- Individual & Team Challenges

- Skill Development Assignments

- Group Projects

- Special Events

- Feedback Sessions

Evaluations will assess each trainee's progress in areas such as vocals, dance, rap, stage presence, performance quality, teamwork, professionalism, creativity, and overall improvement.

Following every evaluation, trainees will receive constructive feedback intended to support their continued development.

## The Debut Process

Dream Academy is not a roleplay project. Every evaluation, mission, and assignment contributes to each trainee's progress throughout the program.

As trainees continue to develop, their overall performance, dedication, consistency, and professionalism will be considered when determining debut opportunities.

At the conclusion of the trainee program, a select number of participants may be chosen to debut as members of Dream Academy's official online idol group. Debut is earned through demonstrated growth and commitment and is never guaranteed.

SYNCH is the official debut group formed through Dream Academy.

Selected from the academy's trainee program, SYNCH represents the culmination of dedication, growth, teamwork, and perseverance. Members earn their place through consistent performance, monthly evaluations, and demonstrated commitment throughout the training process.

As Dream Academy's debut lineup, SYNCH will participate in original music releases, performances, creative projects, and promotional activities as the academy's official idol group.

More than a debut, SYNCH represents artists moving as one—united by passion, precision, and the pursuit of excellence.

Beyond training and evaluations, trainees are expected to participate in extracurricular development activities that encourage creativity and expand their skills as artists. These may include:

- Choreographing original dance routines

- Writing lyrics and composing songs

- Music production and arrangement

- Vocal covers and dance covers

- Creative performance concepts

- Content creation and promotional projects

- Team collaborations and special assignments

These activities are designed to help trainees build a well-rounded artistic portfolio while developing the versatility expected of modern performers.

## Language Development

As part of their overall training, all Dream Academy trainees will participate in language development classes designed to strengthen communication skills and prepare them for a diverse, international audience.

Depending on the program schedule and available instructors, trainees may study languages such as Korean, Japanese, and English, with lessons focusing on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading, and performance-related communication.

Language training is considered an important part of the academy curriculum and is intended to help trainees grow into well-rounded performers capable of collaborating and communicating across different cultures and audiences.
