DRAWN TOGETHER: Meet the Cast (18+ Only)

Project Overview

UPDATE:11/13/2015

Hello everyone! Casting is now coming to a close. Thank you to everyone who has auditioned for this exciting project. I am slowly casting each and every role, but I can tell you that most roles will be cast to the auditionees from behindthevoiceactors.com. There were some abslutley fantastic auditions from some of the members on that site, as on CCC as well. If you don't see a name next to a character that has been (CLOSED), it means I have gone with someone from another site. Thanks to all of you for auditioning, and I hope to work with some of you in the future!

Hello Everyone! Another super project is coming your way. "Drawn Together- Meet the Cast" is a short, animated video introducing the wacky and insane characters from Comedy Central's, "Drawn Together."

This raunchy, vulgar, and politically incorrect show is beloved by millions. Help us bring this project to life with your exceptional talent!

We require auditionees to be at least 18 years of age. This show contains crude humor, explicit content, suggestive themes, and a lot of strong language.

We also require good mic quality. If you have any questions on how to make your recordings & audio sound more professional, feel free to send me (nickilicious13) a message.

If you would like to check out our latest project, (Batman: Assault on Arkham) here is a link to our first promo video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdSORmT9BJk&spfreload=10

We will be releasing our new youtube channel by the end of August. We are quite new, and are trying to build a reputation for ourselves by providing professional quality projects & fandubs. We hope you'll join us.

We are seeking voices similar to the original Voice Actors.

Hope to hear some phenomenal auditions!

-Nicki

A crazy and violent spoof of Pikachu from the Pokémon franchise, who battles using various supernatural powers/abilities and speaks in pseudo-Japanese gibberish (or "Japorean", as DiGregorio calls it) with English subtitles. Most of his humor revolves around his sociopathic desires or his difficulty assimilating into American culture; he is often used to poke fun at Asian stereotypes. Among reality show archetypes, he represents the culture shocked foreigner.

Spanky Ham is a parody of crass Internet flash animation cartoons. Most of his humor revolves around his crudeness. Among reality show archetypes, he represents the boorish party animal. The creators also modeled Spanky's personality on David "Puck" Rainey from The Real World: San Francisco.

  • "Ha ha ha ha! Oh my god! She thinks you're our servant, cuz you're black! Haha! This is the best day of my miserable life. SWEEEET!"

The Jew Producer

cast offsite

Also known as "Mr. Jew Producer." He is sometimes the villain of the show. He looks like a man in a suit, except with a speaker where his head should be. This is a gag on the fact that, prior to his first physical appearance (in "The One Wherein There Is a Big Twist"), he was only heard as a voice on the intercom, the speaker of which looks like his head. He is in charge of the reality show and owns the house. He calls the housemates via intercom to inform them of reality show challenges and can be contacted when they need him. He openly admits that he sometimes edits the show in order to produce something more exciting, a practice to which both Foxxy and Toot strongly object.

  • "Next time on Drawn Together."

  • "This is the Drawn Together house, where eight different cartoon characters from all over the animated universe will live together in front of a million cameras!"

  • "Toot. A black and white heart-throb from the 20's... Plus she's fat.

    .

Captain Hero. Another person in the house.

    .

Xandir. A totally gay video game adventurer."

A gay parody of video game and cartoon heroes, particularly Link from The Legend of Zelda. Xandir is extremely sensitive, and easily scared or worried; among reality show archetypes, he represents the token gay participant.

  • "I'm on a never-ending quest to save my girlfriend!"

  • "But.... we just met like, two seconds ago?"

  • (Freak out like a girl) "Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God! Oh my God!"

Wooldoor Sockbat

A bizarre children's show character in the mold of SpongeBob SquarePants and Stimpy with many of the typical reality-defying behaviors as seen in the Looney Tunes cartoons and the Tex Avery-directed MGM animated shorts. He is also good friends with Xandir, Spanky, and sometimes Captain Hero. Most of his humor revolves around his childlike innocence, his happy-go-lucky nature, or his general strangeness; he is often used to assume a variety of professions to fit the needs of the scene. Among reality show archetypes, he represents the attention-starved weirdo. Wooldoor is the least mature out of all the main characters.

  • "Wheeeee!"

  • "Oh, what a cute dog! Wanna bone, fella?"

  • "I'm Free!!!! Wait, my immune system! I'm not strong enough to live outside the bubble! Waaaaaah!"
