20yo; the eldest of the siblings; is still very suspicious of the soldiers after the treatment he was given, but acknowledges that Stan, Sam, and the Doctor helped his siblings not-die. Polynesian, but the TARDIS translates him into English with an English accent.
It’s a long story, but just know this idiot next to me almost got me killed.
Who are you, and why do you have my brother and sister?
The Cybermen as depicted in their final Classic Who stint.
"(MENACINGLY): EXCELLENT. OUR PLAN IS MOVING FORWARD AS PREDICTED."
"(ANGRY) ALL AVAILABLE CYBER-UNITS TO CORRIDOR ONE. KILL THE FEMALE."
A serial killer plaguing the streets of London, Jack is a charismatic criminal with a disgusting and twisted side. Intended as a one-off role, but could recur if the successful candidate wanted to.
Good morning, Doctor. How unpleasant it is to see you again.
Oh please. It’s not like those I encounter are worth anything to anyone. Why should I care? (EVIL LAUGH)
Then you will find yourself face down in the dirt, while I walk away unscathed. You really shouldn’t pick fights that you can’t win, Doctor. I thought you would have learnt that a long time ago. Now, excuse me. I have somewhere to be.
A seasoned Police Constable of the Metropolitan Police
(very breathless) Inspector, Inspector! There’s been another one, sir. Another Ripper murder!
Yes sir, and the body’s still warm. It’s out in Dutfield’s Yard, so I had to run. I came as quickly as I could.
Can you edit dialogue together, add sound effects and bring our story alive? Then we're interested in hearing from you! We're looking to build a team of Sound Editors/Audio Engineers to put our stories together.

He’s young, excitable, and doesn’t really know when to keep his mouth shut. He’s only officially been with the Met for a week, so he’s not quite figured out how things work yet. Naturally, this means that he really gets on the Inspector’s nerves, even though he’s doing his best.
He had alibis for every single one, sir. And he’s well respected around here. Quite private, keeps himself to himself, but stays out of trouble.
What? (laughs) Surely not. I’ve known the man for months, ever since he moved here. He seems like a perfectly decent gentleman, not the sort to do something like this. Besides, he doesn’t match the descriptions.
A feisty, fiery woman who likes a drink and hates working on the streets. She’s been in a fair few fights and come to police attention before. She works because she needs to pay for a place to stay, and it’s the easiest way to make money. Very much an independent woman, as much as she can be - and won’t take orders without a fight. Ideally an East End/Cockney accent.
Oh, I know who he is. What do you two want? If you’ve come to arrest me, I ain’t done nothing this time, and you won’t pin nothing on me, got it?
How? Nobody knows who he is, that’s his whole thing.
Not a chance! I know exactly what you’re going to say next and I’m not doing it. He’s dangerous, and I don’t want to get myself killed thanks very much.
Very good at his job, and he’s been working with the police for years, so he’s almost as good at piecing out a case as the best officers on the force. Think Dr Watson, with a little sprinkling of Sherlock Holmes in there. He’s not too phased by crazy theories either, so when the Doctor stands and spouts off all kinds of odd ideas, he just listens and smiles.
This unfortunate woman is definitely dead, Inspector. But, I have observed that her injuries are not as extensive as those found on the other women. Her throat has been cut very deeply, but that is the only wound of any substance on her. Other than a few superficial scrapes, she is practically unharmed.
We're looking for people to design promotional videos or posters/cover art for the series.

The Cybermen as depicted in The Tenth Planet and World Enough and Time.
"Searching systems and database now."
"Locating the malfunctioning unit."
A medic in the Anti-Dalek resistance who later ends up travelling alongside The Doctor and Sam. This is a regular role and the successful candidate would need to be able to commit to a double-digit number of stories at least.
"(EXHAUSTED; SCARED) Stozan?! Tizak?! Hello?! Anybody?!"
"The Daleks wiped out my family, I'll be damned if I let them wipe out anyone else's."
"(IN AWE) Woah. It's bigger on the inside. How do you manage that?"
An alternate version of everyone's favourite time traveller. He's just been forced to regenerate and has landed in Victorian London where he's out solving a case. This role is initially a one-off, but has the opportunity to recur should the successful actor wish.
Well, this is interesting! I wonder… 1888! A lovely year, even if the weather is a bit unpleasant in places. On Earth, at the very least. Oh, that’s a thought. What if they got it wrong? The Time Lords have never been that bothered about Earth before, perhaps they don’t even know where it is! They could have sent me to completely the wrong place! (shouts) Hello there! Sorry to bother you, but is this Earth? (no response from the passers by) Hello? Well, that’s a bit rude, I-
It’s alright, Elsie. I understand. You’re scared of him, and you’re right to be. But so is every other woman in the streets of London. We might have a chance to stop him from killing anyone else tonight, and you can help us do that.
Kind of you to say, Constable, but I think you would have got there in the end. Brilliant human minds, and all that. Now, you should be off. You’ve got a report to write up, and I have a feeling you’re going to have some trouble doing it.
