extra voice actors will be assigned random extra roles based on their preferences and will be expected to voice several lines in an episode (or two). many extra roles will become recurring characters, so we are lookng fror any and all voice pitches and everything! give it your all! the producer assists the director in running everything, and we mean everything to ensure a solid system of work, play, and productivity. the producer must be versatile, having knowledge f scriptwriting, blockbuster, body acting, editing, and more. the producer is extremely crucial to the team's success and they are demanding roles, but are rewarded with highest recognition. oftentimes, the producer will as well fill in for vital roles missing. the producer has the most demanding schedule but that is why we intend to split the load onto several. a session manager upholds order and efficiency alongside a producer or director during filming sessions. a session manager must have an extensive understanding of how blockbuster, replay mod, aperture, custom npcs, and other minor mods operates. a session manager must supervise actors and blockbuster operators and all that transpires on set for several hours. the session manager will have access to storyboard and scripts and anything else they may need to assist in ensuring filming sessions go smoothly. to submit for this role, you must state three reasons why you believe you fit the role. [a minimum of five people will be selected for this role].

the obs camerapersons are in charge of recording scenes through obs and sending it to those specified. they are crucial to a failsafe filming process. for this role you we require you to have a computer that can run minecraft java with a 20+ mod pack, run obs and film on obs, and have access to discord. script writers will assist the director and any other executive staff create the script for the series. script writers must be able to provide creative input, edit efficently and correctly, understand how dialouge between people and the actions of a person must translate in minecraft, or in any story setting, be able to read and check through large scripts, and most of all; have fun! understanding the given concept and the given idea behind an episode or scene is crucial to writing a script. a base template for a script may be provided, and the voice actor information will be provided. the blockbuster manager is the indiviual who will assist me greatly in managing the production and filming of "dear willy." this role requires an indepth understanding and skill of using blockbuster for minecraft versions (1.12) and up. blockbuster usage includes using mods called "arpeture", "metamorph", and "blockbuster" itself, all created by modmaker McHorse. the director has little to no experience with blockbuster mods (or any minecraft mods regarding roleplay or cinema) and would like help from people within this role to show him the ropes and manage filming processes. minecraft (that can run with 20+ mods) is required! [six people minimum will be selected for this role] please submit projects/series you have worked on as a blockbuster user.

the body actors will be portraying the roles of the characters in the minecraft series. they will given access to the skins of characters, and some actors will have to play multiple characters on some occasions. since the body actors are crucial to an expressive roleplay, recording sessions will take anywhere from an hour to three based on your availability (upon hiring and onboarding to the discord, you will state what days and times [est] in which you are available to shoot and the directors and producers will curate a schedule for shootings). actors must also be comfortable with reciting the script of what the characters they are assigned to properly sync their movements to the voice actors, [body actors' voice lines will not be used in the final project, simply as reference]. minecraft (that can run with 20+ mods) is required!

body actors must know when the time is to chat and have some goofy fun and when it is time to get to work and remain efficient, though we want you to enjoy your work.

skin artists are in charge of visually bringing our characters to life! we will be using the default format for minecraft skins for the "dear will" project (not hud or anything similar). skin artists will need to create skins of the characters based on reference photos, written descriptions provided by executives and creatives, and be able to work creatively and make detail a priority in designing a skin. some characters must have multiple skins with different attires and occasions throughout the series. this role promotes creative freedom and flexible deadlines. [a minimum of five skin artists will be selected for the project] please submit projects/series you have worked on as a skin artist. 

the thumbnail artists is a vital role in attracting viewers and passersby to our content. thumbnails artists must be able to create art similar aphmau's mystreet season 6 thumbnail style, or something quite similar. most of the time however, thumbnails will be extremely simple and will not require much labor. thumbnail artists will always be given references before assignments. the agent role consists of promoting the series and its content on their own social media, as well as making connections with other similar studios making similar content to further our outreach and productivity. in short, the role is essentially a promotion role. the agent role is quite lenient, and all it requires for a submission is three reasons why you see yourself as a fit to be an agent. [a minimum of two people will be selected for this role].

the video editor is in charge of editing and compiling scenes and clips for a polished and emotional end product. it does not matter what software an editor may use, as long as the work is always high quality and an editor is able to mimic the style of other editors. the assistant helps with anything that is needed to increase efficiency and the smoothness of the series' creation process, such as the director needing someone to check form stats--the assistant will handle that! a script writer needs recommendations--the assistant has the ideas! an on set staff needs filling in--the assistant's got it. the assistant role requires basic understanding of blockbuster mod, aperture mod, scriptwriting, and a lot of other small things. it isn't like a basic all-work position, don't worry! there is time for breaks and help for everyone! the assistant role requires versatility. to submit for the role, please state why you'd be a good fit to assist our team in reaching production goals. daniel is aidan's secret boyfirned, and although he dislikes being hidden as aidan's love, he is extremely understanding and is compassionate about the subject. he loves hockey, video games, spaghetti, and more.
