Danganronpa Manga Dub (CLOSED)
Project Overview
Greetings! Recently, I auditioned for a Danganronpa manga dub that, unfortunately, got cancelled, so I thought, why not make my own? First things first, though. I have experience with this type of project, as I have also made a Persona 3 manga dub that you can find here, if you want to get the gist of how I edit. Also, I'll be self-casting as Kiyotaka Ishimaru and Mondo Owada, so sorry for those who wanted to audition for them. With that said, I have a few guidelines:
1. Have a decent microphone. That means no headset mics.
2. Be able to act, and not just read like you'd rather be dead.
3. Have a Skype and/or email so I can keep in contact once casted, though you may use the site if so desired.
4. Have fun, among all else, and don't be afraid to audition for as many characters as you like. I may even double cast if you have multiple auditions that I like and are distinct enough.
5. It would be nice if you have some knowledge regarding the franchise, but it's not required, and feel free to give your own interpretations of the characters.
Other than that, go nuts, and I can't wait to hear your auditions.

Casting Completed!
Hello for the last time! (at least for this project)
Well, the casting for this project is completed, and I'm proud to announce the final cast members:
Soulgig as Makoto Naegi
TrickyLOKI as Monokuma
So, congrats to the full cast for making the cut, and as for the rest of you, thank you all for auditioning! Even though you didn't make it in, don't fret; I have a project or two in the works, so when I'm ready to set up a new casting call for one of them, I'll post one final update here linking it.Good luck for the future!

haracter Casting Update #4 (aka. The Final Stretch)
Hello all once again!
Well, we've made it to the final stretch of the casting call, and I have to give a big thank you to everyone who has auditioned, both with amazing auditions and auditions that were a little rough around the edges. I do wish I could make room for everyone in my manga dub, but because of how many of you there are compared to available characters, that's not possible, unfortunately. :(
Anywho, time for show off the next batch of lucky actors/actresses who made it through:

A special congrats to Them for her triple casting, but do know that the decision was pretty close for Kyoko and Chihiro, and I hope there are no hard feelings to those I had to unfortunately turn down.
And with that, those that remain to cast are Makoto and Monokuma, so PLEASE get your auditions for them in pretty quick, although I will extend the deadline if I don't hear what I'm looking for by tomorrow. As always, best of luck to those auditioning, and good luck in your future endeavours if I decided not to cast you. But who knows? Maybe the time will come when I start up another new project, and I'll require your guys' help once more!

Character Casting Update #3 & Production Update
Welp, It's been a while, but here's a new update for you all on the status of this project. First, the new casting choices I've made:

As always, congrats to those who got casted! I was espically pleased with these three's auditions, whether there was competition or not. The deadline is this Saturday for auditions, but because of some characters, I may extend the deadline to see what I get. Additionally, Chapter 1's script has been completed and sent out to the currently casted actors, and I'm curently in the process of prepping the manga pages for video editing, so I fully intend on going through with this. So if you've been hesitant to audition, or you just stumbled into this casting call, get your auditions in quick, because I'll be ready to cast in a heartbeat if I hear exactly what I want from the remaining characters!

Character Casting Update #2
Hello all! After a few days of waiting, I decided to cast the next batch of characters based on some more impressive, but also popular, auditions. And here they are:
Arkham as Byakuya Togami
Momdestroyer as Toko Fukawa
Yazadoodles27 as Sayaka Maizano
Congrats to these three, especially to Momdestroyer for now getting both Toko and Genocide Jack! If you auditioned for these characters, please do try out for other characters as well, because who knows? Maybe the right character for you is still up for grabs! Anyways, I'm headed off to bed. Again, congrats to those who got cast, and best of luck to those still in the running!

P.S. If you auditioned for a character with a lot of auditions and/or has a major role (Monokuma, Makoto, Kyoko, etc.), I'm not quite ready to cast them this early on. Either I haven't heard the right audition yet, or there are too many auditions I like to choose from, so chances are I'm still trying to pin down the right actor/actress for the job. So don't lose hope for them yet.
