I pictured her voice sounding a lot like Kyoko Kirigiri mixed with Maki Harukawa's voice. More of a Kyoko thing, but with a slice of Maki too ig.

"While I do not have an alibi, that should not make me the main suspect for this case."

Jirou Nakano is the Ultimate Spelunker.
He's a pretty laid back guy, and also wicked smart. His voice is kind of like a lower version of Mondo and Kaito. Also the lead male role, so...
"I am known as Jirou Nakano, I search the darkest depths of the world... as... the Almighty... Ultimate Spelunker."

Kiyomi Adachi is the Ultimate Criminologist.
Her voice resembles Junko's teacher voice or Kyoko Kirigiri's. More the former though. She's an important part of the game, so, whoever voices her is gonna have fun.
"Kiyomi Adachi. It's unlikely that you've heard of me, considering I've always worked alone. But I've spent my life working towards freeing the world from injustice... So, I'll just put the question out there... How did we all just happen to pass out simultaneously and arrive at the same destination?"
"It's not entirely impossible for two killers. I thought that was clear."
