This is Toko when she is not Genocide Jack. She is timid and shy and a really good writer! If you don't know what her voice sounds like some ideas would be Blake Belladonna from RWBY or Cinder from RWBY

I would like her to sound like Cherami's version of her not Alexis' voice. She was good but Cherami's pulled off the character better. If you don't know what she sounds like she should sound like Asuna from Sword Art Online or Rin from Fate/Stay Night would be another good choice! But have your own take on the voice if you would like!

She is a mentally unstable character and she is very dangerous Komaru got on her bad side which didn't turn out well for her. I would love if she sounded like Illya from Fate/Zero but that's just a suggestion but take her character in your own way! Note: She does throw tantrums a lot!
