Project Overview
I should probably note: I'm not the one in charge of this project. I made the casting call for the owner of the project since they're looking for replacement VAs as well as new ones with the release of Halloween Toons. After being cast, I'll give the link to the Discord group.

Dyle is the Toon who controls the Gardenview Train Center. He treats everything very seriously and views everything in a professional light, including fellow Toons, whom he perceives as fellow colleagues rather than friends, unlike most of the other Toons.

Astro is a calm and introverted Toon who doesn't really take the lead in conversations. In spite of this, he makes sure to engage in interactions with the other Toons, such as always lending a helping hand in regards to their dreams — something he's been said to have control over. He enjoys peace and quiet, and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things. Even so, Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, although he can unintentionally come off as standoffish sometimes. A lot of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the floor based on him, and his interactions with the others.

Goob is a kind and sociable Toon known for his energetic and innocent personality, but known even more for his love of giving hugs. His interactions with Rodger highlight his genuine belief that hugs are simply what others need, rather than using them strategically. Goob is also easily excitable, further adding to his cheerful and approachable nature. Goob looks up to his older sister, Scraps and is very close to her. Goob also may be unaware at times, as shown in his dialogue with Razzle & Dazzle.
Scraps would be so proud!

I'm having so much fun!
Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue on making puns, even if a Toon doesn't like it, based on his interaction with Glisten. He also can be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting to not get too close to Vee, based on their interaction with each other.
I was born to fish, not to extract!
