Dagged Delilah casting call
Project Overview
Dagged Delilah is about 16 year old Delilah Davis and her friends, Michele and Mark trying to survive through high school with people who want to make their lives a living hell in 1957. I currently need voice actors to help bring these characters to life!
If chosen, you must be able to portray a wide range of emotions from happiness to rage to pure vulnerability.
Voice Actor
Name: Michele Montgomery
Age: 16
Personality traits: Incredibly loyal and extroverted, except for the fact that she’s just picky around the people she hangs with. She finds adventure movies exciting and stuff because she loves doing new things and hanging around town risk taking and causing trouble. She really loves her friends to death, which could make her too loyal for her own good. All her parents really expect from her is good grades. She spends most of her time watching television.

(intrigued) No. Try again. I wanna see what the inside looks like, with all those rich people. They must be having the time of their lives.
(frustrated) Then what’s it like? Cause all i’ve been hearing from you lately is “Daniella this,” “Daniella that.” It just seems like she’s tryna take advantage of you.

Name: Mallory Moore
Age: 17
Personality traits: Keeps to herself, but takes note of the people around her. A lot are scared of her, and she’s uncaring to the people around her forcefully. She believes that the only way to live life is to be cruel, unless she’s with her friends. She can't help but have a softer spot for them. She can be silly at times and let go a bit with her friends, even though she is more of a leader of the pack type of girl. She can be aggressive at times.

Name: Terry Thompson
Age: 17
Personality traits: rarely shows positive emotions. He doesn't care about anyone (except for a few), he usually just hangs out to hang with the greaser folk. He’s not afraid to blackmail anyone if it benefits him. Sometimes he tries joking but it does not amuse him. He is not afraid to speak his mind, but he also keeps quiet. His dad is an alcoholic.

It wasn't that bad. I would’ve beaten his ass if it wasn't for the teacher pullin’ me back! Giving me community service for nothing.

Name: Sylvia Sweeny
Age: 17
Personality traits: Kind of a diva? She’s not respected enough and can be seen as a rude grease girl by some even though she's not classified as greaser material. She’s popular in school, even getting some modeling contracts!
Pipe down, Mallory. Bein’ upset ain't solving anything. Plus, I don't want us getting kicked out again because of your stupid grudges against people you barely know.
When we’re outside, I don't care what you do. I just wanna enjoy the movie.

Name: Jack Jarett
Age: 16
Personality: Comic relief, he is a lover boy at heart and cracks jokes almost all the time around his friends. In reality, all of this is an act of the person he wants to be to get attention, though it does not get him far. He craves his parents' attention. They expect the best out of him and his little sister, marcy and he tries his best not to disappoint them. He does not pay attention in class but tries so hard too. It’s as if he’s naturally stupid.

Age: 16
Personality trait: Caring and kind unless someone bothers him a little too much. People avoid him because of his looks. He tries his best to stay positive and live life to his fullest but he is not afraid to stand up for himself and what he believes him (unless it risks him getting arrested/jumped)

Voice Actor
Daniella is 19 years old and is often viewed as the "better" sister when compared to Delilah. She's well-dressed, responsible, and works hard to maintain a respectable reputation.
With their parents rarely around, Daniella has taken on much of the responsibility of supporting both herself and Delilah.
