Project Overview
What is this?
-This is a script written by a friend for an event that happened in one of my DnD games. I would like it fully voiced. In total, the script is about 16 pages long and is formatted like a screenplay.
Is this paid?
-Unfortunately I cannot pay, but I appreciate the work nonetheless and I have no issues with using this project as experience to get into other projects.
What are the roles?
-It is a cast of gritty/high fantasy characters with numerous accents. The scene is set in a war summit, with convening ambassadors from diverse civilizations. Read below for more details of each character. There are 4 male roles, 2 female, and 1 ungendered narrator.

On the contrary. I happen to think you’re very smart. I think you have other reasons for making this partnership.
(venomous) It’s easy to say that from where you stand, Redwood. I understand natural order. Order relies on superiors and inferiors. I am twelfth in line and yet if I don’t do my job, this whole city would collapse under its own weight.
This corpulent Lord is so fat that he almost has a lisp. He is a corrupt comptroller and somewhat creepy. For inspiration, look up: "Lord Maximus has messaged you"

(sarcastically) Your “tunnels”? Say no more, I’m sold.
I wouldn’t call it a crisis. A “thing”, yes. A “problem”, maybe. But not a “crisis.”
He is an ambassador for his city, Warden Harbor. He is desperate to save his city, treating this summit with utmost importance. Must have an Indian accent (or a similar accent from the region). All auditions welcome, regardless of ability to do this accent.

Sorry to interject, m’lord. But the Merrow are more than mere rodents. They pillage all along the eastern coast. And when they pillage you lose money, but we lose our lives.
You will have the city. You will have the navy. You will have it all. Please m’lord. The Commonland army is the only army in the world that could save my home.
(whisper-screaming) Ocat! Shut the fuck up!
Ocat is a young man, strong but very chill. He is Salesh's bodyguard for the Summit, and interjects often when he shouldn't.

Anathema is the dark elf ambassador. She is wise, critical, and eerily insightful. Slavic accents (Russian) for this character. All auditions welcome, regardless of ability to do this accent.

You boast about this being the last surviving city from the United Elven Empire. And yet there is a systemic mistreatment of the people whose ancestors built this city. Something must be done, those are my conditions. Do we have a deal?
So you think I’m a fool?
She a general who is disinterested and almost hostile to the summit. Representing the Wood Elves, she is taking the stance of neutrality, rejecting any offers. Australian accent. All auditions welcome, regardless of ability to do this accent.

My homeland was taken from me.
I know you’re scared of Al Jadeen, but we are not. My people do not start wars, we finish them. We are peaceful, but trust me m’lord, you do not know war until you’ve fought it in a burning forest. Leave my people alone, or that forest fire will spread all the way to Mariner’s Bay and end up at your door.
Will be reading the action and narrative portions. Looking for a stable, clear, annunciated voice for this. All genders/accents welcome to audition.

A well fortified manor. Guards outline doors to hallways that seem to go on forever. A long horseshoe shaped table of stained black wood sits in the middle of the room. It’s sanded with such care that it feels like cold glass.
The silence is broken by the loud swinging open of the hall doors. The guards recoil and aim their spears at the door. Everyone is momentarily afraid.
The guards look puzzled at one another. “Did he just ask us?” They mumble and argue quietly for a second.
