He is a merc that is born and raised in the section of Heywood. He is a member of the Valentinos.
Jackie is not a bad soul but he has to do bad things in order to survive in the city of dreams.
He is so loveable and we all know him. Its his death were we as a character finally start to realize that night city is horrible.
He is a heavy set Mexican American so if you can bring that Hispanic accent out of you we would love to hear it.
