Project Overview
Plot: “Creek” is a mystery-suspense series about a young boy named James who tries to solve the murder of his younger sister. After she hooked up with the wrong crowd, he knew death would be at their doorstep early, but didn’t expect to find her body abandoned at a creek. Vowing to solve the murder himself, he sets out and infiltrates the three major drug cliques at his school to find the truth behind her murder. But will the truth be something he expected, or will it hit him like a brick to the face?

The name’s Rex. Heard you poking around on my turf asking for a name, so I decided to check in and see who’s askin’...
(thinking) Bella...Bella...hmmm- Ah, yeah! The freshman! She hooked up with me and my crew for about...ehhh I say about...116 hours , 38 minutes and 23 seconds... before she left us. Wouldn’t blame her though, she couldn’t keep up with selling our hop anyway.
(angry/yelling) Listen man! I got a scar right up here from beating some disrespecting punk like you, and I won’t care if I get another one from doing the same damn thing!

(deliberately) This one said Bella’s dead. Knows where her body is and who did it. Figured since you’re her brother, this information might be vital for you. They even requested that you come as well...

Hey James, you talk to Bella yet? (pause) Why? (pause) Can’t raise her?(pause) Oh…(as if realizes something) OH.
As far from what I know, you’re facing three major groups here: Addicts, Acid Trash, and White China. Bella bounced around all 3 until she finally settled for China. I’ll help you James, but you gotta be careful, alright?
(quietly;trying to comfort) James, don’t do this to yourself. There was nothing you, me, or anyone could do. Life just has a funny way of playing things out. (quietly) I’m sorry...

(threatening) There’s been a lot of talk about you in the burg. Snoopin’ around and such. Well let me tell you that I despise shamuses, and you better not be one of them, or else.
(shouting) So clam! You think because you’re a man, I won’t be able to do shit to you? Well think again! Ain’t nothing you got I can’t beat out of you in the basement!
(deliberately) Your sister was something. As much as I hate to admit it...she was good here. Made everyone smile...including Lig. I’m sorry what happened...

PERSONALITY: Sweet;Loving;Very gentle; Shines as a light to everyone
Med-High Voice
(Jokingly) Yes James, everyone dies. I’ll agree with you on that (laughs) but not me! I’ll never die!
(through strained crying) I screwed up real bad, James. I screwed up so bad. (Speaking fast; Incoherent) I-I did what I was told but I didn’t know if it mattered which one to listen to and now I feel like everyone thinks I copped the junk and (start to break down) I’m pretty sure Lig is coming after me, said he wants it on the nail b-but I swear I didn’t take anything I just (breaks down crying)
The crows will fly so ever high knowing they’ll rise with the evening sky.
FEMALE

PERSONALITY: Dramatic;Pompous; Very egotistical but can also be helpful
Med-High Pompous Voice
(warning) Darling, you will need me. Whether it’s the next day, week, month, year; you will end up needing my help sooner or later...So I do suggest you watch your tongue.
(deliberately) You and I aren’t really that different, you see. You want a killer, and so do I. This is my last year before I blow this wretched place, and I want to leave knowing there will be a good queen to watch over my domain... but I can’t do that with that lap dog.
It’s like that famous saying: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice- well you won’t live to fool me twice. Remember darling, The walls may not have heads, but they still have ears.
