CPI: Cryptid Paranormal Investigators: Season 2
Project Overview
Hello! My name is Morgan Morales, I am an upcoming other and creator. I am currently looking for some voice actors seeking to jumpstart their careers or find their callings in an a podcast I created based off of internet urban legends. Unfortunately this, as of now, is an unpaid job. If you read past that and you are still interested I will now inform you of this story. CPI Season 2 will pick up 6 months after the first season and will introduce us to new characters, the span of the project is unknown. my current goal is under a year to prevent the stress of my unpaid workers. This project isn't set to launch immediately as we are still releasing season 1. For project reference please follow the links below
How It Works: The actor will be cast as one or more characters in this project. He/She/They will record their audio clips separately and will submit them to the "Episode folder". this makes it easier to access and allows for others to match tones with the fellow cast. We will communicate with each other via Discord, this is where we will talk about each episode, answer questions. We will hold a rehearsal and recording each week, via Zoom. (Face not required.) these dates will be determined based on everyone's schedules. If a couple of actors find it difficult to match with the whole group then one-on-one is available. If I feel you need help bringing out your role I may ask you to join me for coaching with another actor!
Qualifications: I am not requiring a background of any kind. Our goal is to grow as a family.
SEASON 2 SYNOPSIS
It's been 6 months since the Oregon Storm incident. Zeke is currently teamed up with the SCP Foundation to help cure the deformities of the world called "Man-tids" AKA the amalgamation of Cryptids and Mankind. Meanwhile June is struggling to take care of a strange little girl by the name of Zari; who exhibits strange abilities. At some point after investigating an incident of a girl named "Mina Woods" , the Cryptid Paranormal Investigators must help contain a security breach of the SCP foundation said to be caused by a strange group known as "The Order of the Hare"; who's soul purpose is to resurrect a demonic deity.
Project-separation: The slander of another due to their "Performance" will no be tolerated Everyone is been given an equal opportunity, my castings are made for a reason. If I or you feel like the project is too much to take on for a busy schedule I might ask you to take on a less involved role or if we both feel it is necessary then you may leave the project. If you feel you don't like the project you may leave, just give me the notice to replace your role.
The role of my co-director and I: My job will be to maintain the performance and morale of all cast members, Skully will be writing scripts alongside me. We have our own squad of audio engineers, but if you'd like to help then feel free.. If there is anything you need please come talk to me.

Lydia is a smart, bright 21 year old. Fresh out of college and ready to start her career as a Paranormal Investigator. She joins Zeke's journey after a strange encounter with a strange creature. Her voice should be presented as slightly peppy, smart and optimistic.

Marianna is a skilled expert with technology, she is the new brains behind the operations in season 2. Her character is work driven, but she hides in fear of the rejection of the world.

Xiomara is the leader of a competing cryptid hunting company. She knows she's better in every way. She should sound Smart, strong-willed and slightly seductive.
"Face it Zeke, CPH is the new face of Cryptid hunters. We can't help that we're just better than everyone."
Luke is a Co-leader of CPH along side Xiomara. He should sound Cocky, Calm and persuasive.
" I won't hesitate to kill you if you get in my way"
April is the brains of CPH, She should sound Smart, dry and bitchy
"Why would I want to do something so delinquent? I don't dabble in the affairs of ghost."
Mina woods is a deranged Fangirl turned copycat killer, She should sound psychotic. Think you average Yuno Gasai or Junko Enoshima.
"If I kill all of you, then maybe he'll love me!"

she is young and in the care of our main cast, the whereabouts' of her parents are unknown. She will have an age up so you must be prepared for both versions. Her older self is more devilish where her younger self might be more creepy

Delilah is one of the eight children of the demon lord. She has the ability of Chlorokinesis, and is very amazonian. She should be brute, cunning and destructive.

Bathsheba is one of the eight children of the demon lord. She is arrogant and very Vain. She has Atmokinesis, and acts as if others are below her. She should sound Cocky, powerful and god like,

My father will walk through that doorway, and when he does it will be because of I, Bathsheba! Daughter of the Demon lord! Ruler of Ice!
Shadarach is one of the sons of the demon lord. He is Thermokenetic and he exhibits massive amounts of strength, he is the only one who chooses not to present a humanoid form and is the only one with a demonic sounding voice. He should sound inferior, powerful and pure evil.
Do you forget it was I, who saved humanity from the cold? It was I, who enabled your little minds to grow!
Humanity is doomed! Once my Father returns he will see that you are all bathed in his vicious flames!
Cane is one of the eight children of the demon lord and twin of Able. he has Gyrokines, but is only accessed , by playing instruments (This is not a requirement for the role). He should sound Lazy, majestic and poetic.
Should I play a soothing tune?
EDM isn't music, but it will allow for better destruction then most types of music.
Able is one of the eight children of the demon lord and twin of Cane. She has Gyrokines, but is only accessed , by singing. She should sound calm, majestic and fun.
"Oh boy! New friends! I'm excited to see how we can tear theme apart this time!

Above all eight children Eli is the most powerful, he is also the calmest. He seems more rational but he still looks don on humans and does have a god complex. He should sound calm yet intimidating and also very powerful.
It seems we have a cockroach on our hands. shall I flush it down the toilet?
My fathers plan is almost complete. There will be not stopping his resurrection now.
Lorain is an older woman, she of course is based of of the actual Lorain Warren, she is Stern, smart and caring. (Getting cast for this role might lead to being linked as a main role in another project)
