COSMIC WARFARE — Voice Actors Wanted! (Episode 1)
Cosmic Warfare is an animated sci-fi action-adventure series!
In Episode 1, "Cosmic Warp," two high schoolers (Jade and Sam) accidentally trigger an ancient extraterrestrial artifact called the Infernal Core inside their uncle's camper van, launching them across space onto a dangerous alien world.
Featuring intense alien battles, comedic road-trip chaos, high-stakes sci-fi action, and a colorful cast of characters!
(General Requirements) PLEASE READ!
> NOTE: I will be more favorable to your audition if you acknowledge somewhere in your submission that you have read all of these requirements! ;)

* Respectful Communication: Must be respectful and communicative throughout the project.
* Discord Required: A Discord account is required for project updates and communication. There will be a private server where the team will communicate.
* Audio Quality: Please submit clean, understandable audition audio/work samples with minimal background noise or room echo.
* Feedback & Revisions: Be comfortable receiving feedback and making reasonable revisions when necessary throughout production.
* No AI: AI-generated auditions, voices, or line reads will not be accepted.
* FORMAT PREFERENCE: I PREFER AUDITIONS TO BE IN AABBCC FORMAT (2–3 takes per line). Additionally, I highly encourage you to audition for multiple characters if possible!
* Non-Paid Volunteer Basis: Please note that this is an indie passion project, so all roles for this series are unpaid/volunteer positions.
* Flexible Deadlines: Because this is an indie project developed over time, deadlines may be flexible. Consistent communication is more important than fast turnaround times.
* Availability: Please notify me if your availability changes during production.
* Have Fun: Cosmic Warfare is a passion project, and I'm looking for people excited about helping bring this world to life!

15 year old, female, Hot-headed, competitive high schooler who is loud, expressive, and easily worked up over video games.
(Furious, yelling at a video game) "OH, COME ON! THAT WAS A COUNTER! YOU WERE BUTTON-MASHING! REMATCH NOW!"
(CONT'D)
(horrified scream)
"NOOOOO!!!""WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! IT JUST STARTED GLOWING! UNCLE! HELP US!"

15 year old, male, Jade's best friend,
cocky, smirking, laid-back, and loves pushing Jade's buttons until real danger hits.
(Smug, taunting) "Thirteen to zero, dude. Why did you even invite me on this road trip if you were just gonna let me beat you all day?"
(Deadpan, dry humor) "We could play fetch."
(Alarmed, scrambling back in fear) "I felt it! What is wrong with this camper?! WHERE IS THIS THING TAKING US?!"

Adventurous and protective uncle to Jade; easygoing outdoorsman who easily gets annoyed and scared
(Cheerful, energetic while hiking) "Come on, guys! We're almost at the summit!"
(Annoyed, shouting from the driver's seat) "Jeez! Can't you two act like normal high schoolers for five minutes?!"
(Horrified, lunging forward) "What did you two do?! WE NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE, NOW!"

A ruthless, towering alien mercenary in heavy purple battle armor. Deep, deadpan, and deeply intimidating.
(Deep, deadpan, serious) "Give me the Infernal Core."
(Enraged, screaming) "WHERE DID YOU SEND THE INFERNAL CORE?!"
(Confused, glaring down) "Huh?"

Ruler of Planet Amin, desperately trying to maintain authority and dignity while his kingdom falls.
(Worried, but trying to sound authoritative) "How is the situation?"
(Interrupting, with urgency) "Enough! Gather every last warrior, every functional weapon. We will not fall without a fight."
(Glaring, resolute) "Never."

HIGH PITCHED VOICE
Royal counselors to the King who sound similar; panicked, tense, and desperate during the alien invasion.
(Panicked, screaming) "The enemy destroyed South Zypharion!"
(Tense, urgent) "Reports indicate they’re deploying heavy war machines in the Nurovak Outpost!"
(Desperately reciting numbers fast) "Zero-five-eight-two-nine-one-four! Zero... five... six! Two... eight... seven!"

32 year old, Male, A strict, stern, no-nonsense ranger who enforces park rules without care for excuses.
(Shouting down a pit) "HEY! IS SOMEONE DOWN THERE?!"
(Authoritative) "Here! Grab this rope! Hold tight!"
(Stern, dry, official) "Not so fast, buddy. This is a clearly marked restricted conservation zone."

Jack's lazy, short-tempered hiking buddy from 1997 who hates physical exertion.
(Annoyed, groaning) "Ughh! My legs are killing me, man. Screw this trip."
(Exhausted) "I'm going back down!"
(Calling back) "Whatever. I'm heading down to the camper. We’ll meet you there."

(Plodding along, tired) "Yeah, Jack... I think Samuel’s right."
(Lazy, completely wiped out) "We're totally wiped out, man."

(Sighing deeply as lights explode) "Ugh... incredible. ALICE! CALL TOM! TELL HIM THE GRID POPPED AGAIN!"
(Smirking, deadpan) "Desert prices, pal. Take it or leave it."
