(While it would be nice if you knew some Korean, it isn't required!)
Dr. Seojun Shin is a renowned psychiatrist and the story’s primary antagonist. Brilliant, composed, but deeply unsettling, Seojun believes the world is broken... and that only he is capable of fixing it. As a result, there's a softness to him that doesn't feel "right".
In his eyes, Monsters are just a stain on society. Something to be erased for the greater good. But he doesn't quite align with Hunters either, so really, what does he want? And what is it about Seojun that ruffles Raine's feathers so much?
Notes:
- This character is the main antagonist! Despite his role, Seojun is portrayed as a calm, reassuring doctor who wants the best for his patients. He's known for treating children. Outside the ward and his office, he's a gentleman popular with the ladies.
- Tends to speak calmly or even too carefully. May sound sorrowful at times. But he turns cold when angry, not raising his voice and instead settling for sneers.
- Once backed into a corner, he acts out in paranoia and misery rather than rage. One of the reasons being that he's a sickly man, and combat has never been his strongest suit. Another being that he's mentally disturbed.
- For obvious reasons, the comic panels that Seojun is in are not lighthearted.
