Iciella was normally a kind shy individual, but after having her mind temporarily altered by a virus, killed and removed the faces of two innocents. She calls Frowcone late at night in a sense of extreme depression and worry, constantly sobbing and panicking midcall.

"Frowcone, please, listen.. I've been trying to contact everyone, but nobody's answering my calls.. I don't know what to do. How bad has it gotten.. how bad has it gotten since I've locked myself here? Where is everyone, why is no one picking up the phone? Is this- Is this my fault? I don't understand, I don't understand, first that happened and now this. Did.. did everyone lie? They said they forgave me, they said they understood. Were they lying?! I don't even know anymore! Frowcone, I can't calm down.. listen, PLEASE, listen.. I've been getting nightmares everyday.. their faces, god, their faces.. I can't get it out of my head.. out of my head.. I- I haven't slept in days, it's gotten so bad.. I k- I keep seeing them in the corners of the room.. Why won't they leave me alone?! Is this.. I don't- uh.. is this the virus?! Is this me, am I crazy now?! Everything's so confusing, the- I- I can't- just make it stop.. MAKE IT STOP!"
Frowcone doesn't like to talk too high, usually keeping his voice somewhat low. Despite a shuddering voice sometimes, he is mostly calm and collected.
