Code Geass [ABRIDGED]: Deep Male Voice to play The Emperor.

I make comedy-thing-medjigies on the youtubes, mostly CGTAS.
(That stands for Code Geass: The Abridged Series.)
That means I re-edit an already existing TV show, remove all the well-constructed plot and insert puns and internet references in its place.
I write, edit, and direct the show. I also play most of the characters. However, one boy's voice can only stretch so far, so I've come here to look for voices for just a few of the 2 bejillion characters in Code Geass.
At the moment I'm looking for a deep male voice to play the emperor; this is the main antagonist of the entire show. He appears throughout the show's 2 season & the movies, so please apply only if you can commit to a long term project.
For most of the show, he is pretty passive, however he does have some episodes centered entirely on him, which will be a little more demanding.
I'm looking for an authoritarian voice with a hint of irony or mockery in it. (Extra points if you can sing! (he doesn't sing in the original show, but he does in MINE!!!))
