Charlotte is a 10 year old girl. She thinks she is human but travelling to a new world she discovers secrets about herself and her family. She's shy to begin with but opens up after a while and curious about everything. This Fantasy story follows Charlotte and her new fairy friends so there will be more casting for other roles.

hesitated before speaking quietly, “My name's Ch-Charlotte
Greenwood.”"fairies?”
asked Charlotte, sure she didn't hear him properly. "Well
yeah, but I didn't think they were real.” she said, curious about a
lot of things now.A Scream
Toby is the father of Charlotte and he's worried when she disappears. He appears in episode 1 for a short time and isn't seen again for several episodes but he will be in a later episode too.
Worried quiet voice "not again"
Casual voice "Hello, my name is Toby"
He shouts his daughter's name "Charlotte"
Jane is only seen in episode 1 so only has a couple of lines. She's raised Charlotte as her own and is worried when Charlotte is taken by the vortex/portal.
confused whispered "Charlotte?"
A scream as she's being pulled into a vortex.
