A fandub of the webcomic Preeny Has to Repeat 6th Grade by Jasmine "Momodriller" Coté! This fandub is actively in the works and is seeking more voice actors and provides more of an opportunity for you to get involved!

Requirements and expectations
The comic additionally is still ongoing therefore recurring character roles are expected lasting commitment, this is much less strict with side/background characters. Microphone quality doesn't need to be perfect, the audio will be bitcrushed a little to fit with the art-style of the comic, but, there is an exception for the role of Preeny where a scene or two featuring Preeny in later chapters will have clear and crisp audio, with Preeny being included in the clear audio. If microphone quality or background noise is TOO overwhelming for the other roles, however, you may have your audition rejected, a quite unlikely case though. If your audition is accepted, you are expected to provide recordings at the very least in about a two week to a month span. Even earlier is always welcomed though! An additional two weeks will be slapped onto the deadline if retakes are deemed required.
Discord is not a requirement but is heavily recommended for easier communication. Other forms of communication can be discussed in DM on this platform if it's required.
If you endorse or use NFTs, AI generated content or however we see unfit you will be rejected from the role you were going for / the project as a whole with no questions asked

Preeny is a rather peppy kid and is always full of energy. Preeny is 12 and a half and acts like a little kid most times. She doesn't get along with others her age and older as a result.
Preeny is the main character, and is being recast this chapter. Applying for this role, you are expected to follow the deadlines as much as you can.
Also recurring role (Duh). Long term commitment expected!
A cutesy child-like voice, on the higher end with LOTS and LOTS of energy behind it. She yells a lot!!!

(Excited) It's my first day of 6th Grade! New year new school new me! Gotta get all clean.
Aw mommy, don't cry cuz I'm older, I promise I won't become a bratty teenager.
(Frantic) I gotta warn ev- (Preeny takes a feather tip to the noggin) (Dramatic) AH- Noooo I've been poisoned too!!! It's all over for meeee.... WAAAAAAH HELP!!! (Realizes she's fine) Oh. I'm okay.
A lost child that is stranded to make sure her feather poisoned sister is safe. Edge and Preeny set out and them find their father.
Recurring role. Long term commitment expected!
Child-like voice (or teenage girl-like voice, either works). Higher ranged. Very weary sounding around newer people but a lot stronger sounding upon knowing them a little more.

(Interested) So you guys are going all the way up in the mountains to her wolf clan? Cool...! I heard the wolves up there don’t even use technology.
Younger sister of twirls who has been struck with the feather sickness and can barely move. Lost interest in being her “annoying” as a result of the sickness, as well as being disinterested in her typical interests as a result.
Recurring role. Long term commitment however, not required but would prefer for this role.
Child-like voice, really lethargic, sickly sounding, unmotivated, depressed.

(Tired, unmotivated) They’re kinda for little kids…
From the weapon wolf clan, same one that Edge is from, setting out to find a chosen one to put an end to the feather storms, with HorrorBite as her chosen candidate for the chosen one foretold by the prophecy. Very competitive and views this entire prophecy business as a competition, and potentially previous weapon wolf tasks.
Feminine voice, mid range, with a lot of confidence backing it up, a little more cocky/arrogant sounding even. Southern Belle accent preferred but can definitely work with any otherwise!
LIKELY a recurring role. Long term commitment expected!

Points’ candidate for the seer’s prophecy. Implied to be rather lonely but enjoys having new friends. She has the power to turn into a liquid-shadow. Gloopy!
Middle range voice (relative to a child). Basing her voice around both her power and personality, the general type of voice she could have could go in a LOT of directions, cartoonish/whacky, "gremlin-y". Just have fun with this one!

Another lab assistant assigned with helping Porridge and NoxXxy learn more about the poison feather storms. Takes the lab work work a little more seriously than NoxXxy but not as serious as Porridge does.
Feminine voice type on the more middle-higher range.

Artist/animator role for the design work of the project! Ongoing for the whole project but also accept one time contributions.
Role doesn't demand extensive animation experience and can be quite flexible in regards to art experience too!
As for what this is mainly focused on, credit art that has a "doodly" art-style that sways in a circular motion for the animation (5 frames) before looping.

Generally, you won't need any impressive feats if any for animation and just need very minimal knowledge on art. For the submission link when applying, put in any link where you may host art, whether it be speed-paints or similar on YouTube, bluesky, ect!
