Casting for an additional female role
Project Overview
She maybe an additional part, but every role is important!
Under Night In-Birth is a visual novel and 2D fighting game co-developed by Ecole Software and French-Bread, known for the Melty Blood series. It features a brand new cast of characters and a story that spins around modern fantasy.
The aim of this project is to deliver a fandub that is passable enough to feel like a real dub (the goal of any fandub for this not dubbed into English...right?)
After we finish Under Night In-Birth Exe Late, we will move onto it's sequel once it is released next month. However it maybe August or September before we make a start.
As Uzuki currently only appears in one scenario, the cast VA will have the option to take on the role of a mysterious new character...or they ma chose not too.
Considering all the lines below are all of Uzuki's lines, she only has three, if your audition is acceptable we can maybe use that as your final lines, and thus the project maybe completed by the casting date! (that's currently June 6th!)
All the other actors have recorded their lines for this particular episode, and I have the episode all set to go apart from Uzuki's lines!

Reminds me of Skull Girls..
One of Hilda's allies, though she can't stand her.
Uzuki is a member of Amnesia and is briefly seen with Enkidu. She carries around an umbrella and notably wears a large black hat.
Her voice in the Japanese version is very high pitched, and slightly crazy-like.
Pitch wise I'd go for something high, OR something raspy like Buttercup from PPG...cause why not?
What in the hell--?! How dare you presume to give orders to the mighty Uzuki! You ignorant wench. But since today is your special day…I suppose I can let you have the spotlight this once.
Or let’s not. Something seems really off about her today. Well, she IS trying to become a Re-Birth, after all…Don’t folks like her have a few screws lose?
Let’s just hurry up and get this over with, Enkidu. It looks like out business here is finished, and I don’t want to stay here any longer than necessary
