Card Hunters Manga Reading
Project Overview
Card Hunters is a manga based on a card game based on a show outlined by the group '3 Idiots And A Dream'. Is its conception a mess? Maybe, but the product isn't.
As a published author twice over, I felt like expanding into manga with the help of MrHybridd. However, as a thorough enjoyer of voice manga readings on YouTube, I figured I should make one of those as well. You can be a part of that.
I can't afford to pay you, at least for the first chapter, but I can offer my own services should you need them. Let's get this done.

Bill is the owner of the titular game store, Card Hunters, and is the one to introduce the main character to the game the manga is centered on. Like Trevor, Bill is a complete geek who invests himself completely in whatever he's doing, which includes dramatizing his words and actions.

*Frustrated realization* And because most of my units can't attack, it stops Kennari from attacking indefinitely.
*Smug* Talk shit all you want, but you don't even own a deck.
*Lecturing* Ah, but the scholarship is transferrable. Think about it like a gift card. A $10,000 scholarship isn't worth $10,000, but we can sell it to an existing student for $8,000.
The main character of Card Hunters. As the former #2 Hearthstone player in America, and employee at Card Hunters, he is tasked by Bill with learning the brand-new card game Project Phoenix and winning a tournament against people with a whole week head start learning the game. Despite that, his confidence is boundless, with moments of doubt largely played up like the drama queen he is.

*Mocking* 'Get good enough?' That's cute, Bax. You're on.
*Contemplating* I could trade Possessed, draw it back, and cast Grasp... But does that matter?
*In pain* Ow, hey! Tsubaki is supposed to be gentle!
Alyss has more reason than most to indulge in escapism and makes more than enough as a real estate agent to do so. As Trevor's girlfriend, they support one another in general, but differences in hobbies and life goals often lead to arguments. Expect an abundance of sarcastic or encouraging dialogue.

*Annoyed* And I love you too, idiot, but I was told you'd be 'working', not playing more of your card games.
*Deadpan* One small problem with that, Bill. The prize isn't money.
*Despairing* How reassuring.
