We need help with improving our thumbnails on YouTube and art for our original content that we have in the works

We are looking for someone to design Thumbnails & art work for original content that The Conversers publishes on YouTube
The Original Content would be work that out script team has written
Thumbnails would be for the videos pertaining to Abridge Series/Original Content/Fan Made
We need a team of artists that can draw stills/scene by scene work
Please provide an example of your work/and social place you post your art 😊
