Project Overview
Bomango, is a webcomic series created by my good friend Rob Ten Pas. I have been dubing his comics for close to two years now, and now the time has come where more roles need to be filled in the series, so here I am.
Summary:
Bomango is an ongoing story about a young boy named Andy Fisher, and his relationship with his friend and neighbor Gogo Bomango, an intimidatingly muscular, possibly nuclear, short-tempered, powerhouse of a woman. Throughout the series, it is hinted that Gogo is probably more than just your average apartment complex custodian, as Andy discovers Gogo's odd powers of Hulk-like strength, self replication due to boredom (this brought about the creation of her "twin" sister Didi) her ability to shift in size, and overall, the ability to smash things really REALLY well.
This particular story arch is focused on the minor characters of the series, mainly Andy's best friend Hector, a hopeless romantic. Hector and Andy have been friends since grade school, and this story arch is loosely based off the film "Love, Actually", and spotlights Hector, as well as a few minor characters that normally don't get a whole lot of screen time in the series. Hector musters up the courage to ask out one of the most popular girls at his school, Cora May, what will her response be?
Notes:
This is a nine part series or nine page series that I plan on releasing incrementally at the beginning and ending of each month when all elements are in place... well, that's the plan anyway. So if you decide to audition for this project please take this commitment seriously if you are chosen.
Requirements:
Please use a quality mic! (no background noises, puffs, peaking, etc)
There is a possibility that you will be asked to voice the same character in future dubs if you are interested.
Record in 44100hz 16-bit Mono format
Goes without saying but, do NOT say your name in the audio clip. Say only the lines. Thank you!
No more than 3 takes per audition line.

Hector age 14, is the walking definition of "nice guys finish last", where he never seems to catch a break. He's your typical introverted teenager who likes video games, sleeping in, the internet and girls. He dislikes anything that has to do with physical exercise. He's a sweetheart through and through, but has a tendency to put his foot in his mouth more often than he would like.
His vocal range should be somewhere in the ballpark of Jay Baruchel from HTTYD and Johnny Galecki from Big Bang theory

Well, actually I think I'm a "tier two.
I finally worked up the courage to ask out one of the most popular, and rather difficult I suppose, girls in school.
Kyle age 15, he's the captain of the football team at JG High School, he is also Coray May's extremely jealous ex-boyfriend. He is strong, handsome, popular and in the words of Cora May, "He's also an easily-led moron whose identity is shaped entirely by what others think."
Vocal range similar to Zac Effron from High School Musical, and Jeff Bennett from An Extremely Goofy Movie... or Dante Basco from The Last Airbender.
"I heard something funny today, I heard you think you're going out with Cora May."
"Listen you little dick, Cora May is my girl."
"You can't talk to me like that! Get out of my way!"
