BezzieTales is a chaotic, heartfelt, and stylishly surreal animated series centered around three oddball characters trying to survive their own unpredictable cartoon world. At the heart of it all is BrightEyes, a quiet, emotionally grounded toon who simply wants peace but lives inside a world that refuses to stay calm.
Every episode is full of bouncing energy, visual gags, and emotional layer.
Think Cuphead meets Over the Garden Wall with a splash of Looney Tunes and meta storytelling. Characters are expressive, the humor is bold, and the lore? Oh, it goes deep.
We’re building something weird, beautiful, and entirely indie with a mix of comedy, symbolism, and expressive character moments.

Cherry
(Female – Soft, Warm, Loyal, Sweet but Quirky)
Cherry is the gentle heart of BezzieTales. She’s elegant, loving, and a total daydreamer who adores her friends more than anything. She’s loyal to a fault and has this warm, fairytale-like charm that makes her feel comforting to be around.
But she’s not boring — Cherry can be quirky, awkward, and proudly weird in the cutest ways.

Toppy is the tiny tornado of BezzieTales. On the surface she’s adorable, sweet-voiced, and big-eyed… but don’t be fooled. She’s a mischievous little terror who LOVES chaos, pranks, and causing over-the-top trouble just for fun.
Despite being a brat, she’s spoiled mostly because BrightEyes babies her — which Toppy takes FULL advantage of.

Ratt is the silver-tongued troublemaker of the cast — a scheming, sly, charismatic gangster with a sharp wit and sharper morals (aka… none). He’s rebellious, slippery, and always plotting some money-making hustle.
He cares only for himself, but he’s SO smooth and confident that it’s hard not to enjoy him.

Bumble is the loudest voice in the room and she likes it that way. Dressed in glitter, gloss, and unapologetic sparkle, she’s a self-made popstar in the world of BezzieTales. Known for her confidence, big entrances, and even bigger ego, Bumble wants one thing above all: to be adored.
But behind the dramatic poses and stage lights is a deep-seated jealousy especially toward BrightEyes, who captures love without even trying. Bumble constantly seeks validation through followers, trends, and attention. It’s not that she’s mean... she’s just tired of feeling second-best.

She's more mature than she lets on, often exhausted by the antics around her, yet still deeply caring.
Her voice is gentle and reserved, but layered with emotion. She may sound calm, but you can hear frustration bubble underneath when things spiral. She rarely yells but when she does, it’s powerful. Think of someone who tries to stay composed, but the world won’t let her.

We’re searching for a passionate Audio Engineer / Sound Designer to help bring an original animated series to life through sound! From zany cartoon sound effects to ambient tones that set the mood, your job will be to make the world sound as expressive as it looks.
This is a surreal, stylized toon project where characters bounce, squash, whisper secrets, and sometimes break reality so if you love creative soundscapes, comedic timing, or bold audio choices, you’ll fit right in.
✦ Responsibilities:Mix and master audio for short episodes, animatics, or voice lines
Add or design fitting sound effects (cartoonish, expressive, stylized)
Balance dialogue, music, and effects for clean, cohesive scenes
Work closely with the creator and voice team to polish the final audio experience
Help suggest or source royalty-free/commercial-safe sounds when needed
Experience using DAWs like Audacity, Reaper, FL Studio, or Adobe Audition
