Billy is the main character. He sounds very happy and upbeat but can also be a bit angry at times. When every he tries to be serious it must come of like a kid that's trying to sound 'serious' but still comes of as cute. He loves being around his friends so make sure always has a bit of a sweet voice. Also give him a slight British accent.
*Yawn* Good morning!
(Challenging Sounding) Oh yeah? Ha! Give us 1 hour! We'll beat that "snowblower" of yours in minutes!
Max is Billy's best friend. He speaks with a slightly deep voice but still comes of as goofy but not too goofy. He also loves playing video games and when he starts playing he gets really into it.
Alright! Time to relax!
Pauline is also Billy's best friend. She speaks like a normal girl but with a bit of country twang from time to time but not to over the top.
That puppy of yours keeps chasing my chickens!
Pete is a bird and also Billy's neighbor in a way. He sounds like someone that loves getting his rest but still has passion for adventure. He is often surprised by everything Billy and his friends are up too but loves joining them in their fun.

Crazy Chris is... well, crazy! He's a inventor that must sound like he's absolutely insane but in a way that is charming. I would like him to have a German/Swedish accent.
Hohahaoahaha!! That's a good one my dear friend! NO ONE is able to beat snowblower! Not even ME!! HAHAHAHAHA!
