Arknights Octodeco Fan Comics: Side Stories
Project Overview
Disclaimer: I am not Octodeco myself, but have gotten their blessing to make this project.
About a year ago I had an open casting call for a fandub of Octodeco's Arknights Fan Comic Diagosis Life. While work continues on that project, as it was a multi-chapter piece, I am trying to expand and do several other of Octodeco's fan-comics, specifically those that are no more than a single chapter.
To that end, I'm opening up another casting call for more voice actors!
As before with the prior fandub, this is currently an unpaid fan-project and likely will remain so. However, if the videos, when posted to Youtube, somehow manage to gain traction then payment may be in the cards in the future.
Please make sure your mic and recording quality is solid. I don't care what kind of mic you use so long as it sounds good enough for serious Voice Over work. Please submit files as MP3s.
Feel free to Slate if you want. If you do multiple takes, do no more than 3 and please follow AABBCC formatting.
The project is 18+ and will require Discord for communication.
Please follow Octodeco on their various socials, as they are ultimately the artist and writer for these stories. I'm just the guy who wants to give them some audio.

Voice Actor
A former ruthless black market kingpin, Passanger currently works at Rhodes Island in the engineering department, in part to stay out of the crosshairs of the governments he's managed to vastly tick-off.
His expert knowledge of originium arts and technology are a great boon, though his willingness to act in morally questionable ways for his goals make him morally grey at best.

Greetings madam. This is our first meetin, isn't it? Please, call me Passanger. (Polite, bordering on jovial, but with a hint of steel underneath.)
Carnelian, attendent to a Leithenian Count and a powerful Caster. You are a politician first and foremost. What boring schemes are you bringing onboard Rhodes Island? (thinking to himself, analytical and cold, a hint of derision at an individual he believes at best a nuiscence, at worst a threat.)
Voice Actor
Carnelian is a bodyguard to Leithenian nobility, currently working for Rhodes Island as part of an agreement. Her employer, Count Hohenlohe, is being treated for his Oripathy by Rhodes Island, and in exchange Carnelian helps Rhodes Island with it's more paramilitary matters.
Extremely doting and affectionate to those she cares for, but brutal an bloodthirsty, bordering on outright sadistic, to any she sees as an enemy.

(thinking to herself, derisive at an individual she believes to be a horrible person in general a threat in specific. Like she's insulted at his presence and that she has to speak to him at all.)

Doctor Kal'tsit is the Chief Medical Officer of Rhodes Island. Working tirelessly, she supervises all medical work done by the pharmecutical company as well as helps to teach the new medical officers the ropes. Additionally, she takes on a personal metor role to Amiya, the company's young CEO.
However, there is a lot more to her than meets the eye. Her past goes back beyond recorded history itself and is inextricably tied to the ever enigmatic Doctah of Rhodes Island. Their relationship is... unique to say the least.

Theresa is different. The black crown did not make arrogant, nor cruel. She has true compassion. From what I've seen... she is someone capable of bringing Terra together. (Quiet but staunch conviction. She's trying to convince a superior of the good an worth she sees in another.)

Pallas is a Priestess from the country of Minos, specifically a Priesstess of a Hero Cult that the locals revere as the Goddess of Victory and Wisdom. Despite her station, Pallas is a heavy drinker and loves to boast her accomplishments.
She's currently on Rhodes Island to treat her Oripathy, which she had to hide in Minos out of fear of persecution.

Voice Actor
Wiš'adel is vulgur, sadistic, crazy, violent and very likely psychotic. A woman whose idea of a 'conversation' is filled less with the sound of words and more with the sounds of explosions. This isn't entirely her fault though: she was an orphan from a young age and literally grew up on battlefield surrounded by death.
Wiš'adel works with Rhodes Island not out of any high-minded motivation or agreement with their goals, but mainly because the leader of Rhodes Island (in its former incarnation as an organization called Babel) was a personal hero of hers and probably hte only person Wiš'adel has any sort of true reverence and respect for. It's in her memory that she helps Rhodes Island, though she certainly isn't going to dampen her personality while doing so.

A former knight-errent of Kazimierz, now a cynical and burnt out salaryman.
Beaten down by the overly corporate nature of Kazimierz, as well as his failiure to uncover anything of the mysterious disappearance of his brother and sister-in-law, Mlyner has gone form an idealistic national hero to a bitter and pragmatic man who just wants his nieces to keep their heads low and stay safe. However, a spark of that chilverous hero he once was still remains underneath it all.
