Plot A
-The Rosan Empire had Pixul under colonial rule for decades, and a girl named Sirama successfully led a revolution, but turned Pixul into an ultranationalist, militaristic regime that hates Rosas and wants to tear down the Rosan Empire
Plot B
-After decades of civil war and a failed tri-government, an idealistic named Tisso came to power as a total dictator claiming to make world peace by reuniting the Svenssonkan Empire against yet the Madricks refused to collaborate so he invaded their country and scapegoated them

- Promotion Video to recruit more volunteers for the indie show (From the bias viewpoint of the character, Sirama)

Art style and animation info:
There isn't any particular art-style figured out yet so you can proceed to do it within your art style but please follow the color scheme according to the storyboard
The animation doesn't have to be fully animated frame by frame, heck it could even be within comic-style, though the animation/video/comic does need to be fully coloured in
Deadline:
You are allowed to choose your own deadline but when auditioning and you can take as long as you desire to but once you give out your deadline, I will hand out WIP deadlines to submit weekly to show off how you made progress and you must submit within the WIP deadlines in time to get the full payment

NOTE: This is not for professional animators in any means, this is for BEGINNER animators who had never been paid before and desires to expand their portfolio and can state their animated work they got money for is on Youtube even if the pay of scrap.
You got to agree that your work WILL be put on Youtube and used >u<
I acknowledge this is VERY LITTLE pay, nowhere near animator reasonable pay. In fact this pay is basically a rip-off. This is for beginner artists though I am expecting things to be fully coloured and related to the colour scheme, I'm not expecting quality work from this.
Though if I'm impressed and you surpass my expectations with your animation, I may pay you extra for your effort
Since this is an animated indie project, if there's a time that I would desire another animated piece of paid work, there may be a chance I may hit you up again, though you do not have to stay in the project (staying in is optional, if you leave the server, i will acknowledge that you no longer want me to bother you will tasks)
Though I am paying for you to animate this piece of work, note that the Indie show overall is unpaid, so if you actually desire to volunteer to be within the project and stay within it, any other task you will do will be unpaid and it would just be volunteer work
Payment will be done through Paypal and I will pay you once you have completed the animation
