Project Overview


Dear Lord,

I think I may have just fucked up my whole life.


Born into an interracial American household on the twenty-fourth of June, Touya Mioda (also known as Parker di Angelo) was pressured to grow up at a young age. His father's raging infidelity, his mother's abuse of prescription drugs and his brother's consistent jail visits pass him the responsibility of keeping the family name in good standing; a weight bearing heavily on his shoulders. But what happens when the weight becomes too much?

Like a twig, you snap. You snap, and you break away.
--REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a decent quality microphone. No/little background noise, no mixing required (except for noise removal), as mixing will be done by me.

  • Have Discord or Skype for contact.


  • IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A MAIN/HEAVY SUPPORTING ROLE, be comfortable with the following topics -- blood/gore, murder, mentions of suicide, drug use, mentions of abuse, vulgarity, NON-EXPLICIT suggestive language. These roles will be marked with a "HEAVY CONTENT" warning in their description.

  • Be committed to the project! If you don't think you can be committed, let me know beforehand, or do not audition for a major role.

    Hey, hi, hello! This is Cat, here with an update on Angelo. Thank you for all the submissions for each role! We greatly appreciate the contributions to this project! From now, until January 1st, ALL ROLES EXCEPT FOR EXTRAS, ADRIAN DI ANGELO, AND HENRY STEINBECK WILL BE CLOSED. January 1st is when we're hoping to bein the series!     As the end days of this audition period draw to a close, we're satisfied with the amount of submissions we've received for this project. The amount of support we've received is astronomical, and we're so happy! However, there are a few roles that still need viable auditions. We'd appreciate more auditions for Henry Steinbeck, Spinner, and Adrian di Angelo before the FIRST OF DECEMBER, as well as various extras. After the first, we will be closing auditions and speaking privately with the cast and crew. Spread this project around to your friends! Get the hype going! Parker is the main character of the drama, a pressured chemistry student struggling to suppress his sadistic, gore-craving urges under the guise of a polite, charming man. The entire story is from his point of view, from poetry and writings that delve deep into the mind of a murderer. He has a smooth, tenor-ranged voice, almost sultry in nature.
