Akina Academy | Gacha Voiced Project
Project Overview
AKINA ACADEMY:
・This series includes the genres of, romance, fantasy, and slice of life. Action and Mystery also are included.
・The main protagonist, Mechi, is in her first year at Akina Academy. She lives with her mother, since her father disappeared 8 years ago.
・The headmaster and originator is unknown, and has a net worth of 280 billion. Slight people who know him keep his name secret, or work for him.
・The school is the best in their district. You can get within the school with wealth, or academics. Most of the students there have entrepreneurs as parents.
・The Academy is pretty great, with 4 floors, an auditorium, and over 15 classrooms. It’s establishment was made 2 years ago.
AUDITION GUIDELINES:
・Before we start, we would like to let you know that this is a long-term project, and the script will be sent to you right after the casting.
・This project is being made with a character creator/animation app, it is not drawn frame by frame. The Animation will be used with green screen and keyframes.
・You’ll have 1 week or so to complete your lines for each episode
・Please clear up your schedule and have time to work and practice your lines
SEND ALL AUDITIONS IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:
1. Please send all recordings in .mp3 or .wav format.
2. Do no more than 2 takes per line.
3. Please don’t edit your audio except for, normalization, compression, and noise reduction.
4. If there is anyway for us to contact you, please include it in the description
5. Please say your name at the beginning of the audition

・Keith is one of the leads, calm and chill. He’s not full of great talent, he plays sports and studies well, but that’s it. You could say he is boring, but that’s what appeals on the outside.
・How did he get into the Academy you ask? His mother is full of wealth, he ended up working his way up to this moment.
・Voice: medium-low tone
・Age: 16 years old
(Calm, quiet) It’s for honor students, so not many students discuss it, since there are little honors students.
(Cold, shy) ‘No one asked for my middle school experience; you didn't even answer the question.’
(Tired, Mean) ‘If that was a threat, then I doubt you could even lay a finger on me.’

・Damian, is FTM, and has two kids, Ian and Keith.
・The founder of two grand businesses, the only person in his way now is the Masked Headmaster.
・Voice: Medium-low
・Age: 30 years old
(Formal) ‘Please set the day to Tuesday for our meeting.’
(Tired, annoyed) ‘Well, let’s talk about this tomorrow.’
(Calm) ‘So, you must be Mechi?’

・Asher is a shy guy, over the years he’s gotten more social. He’s pretty famous in Akina, even though he’s in his first year.
・Due to his academics, he got accepted with a note after middle school graduation.
・Voice: medium
・Age: 16 years old
(Kind, shy) ‘That’s odd. I’ve never heard of an honor club.’
(Honest, nice) ‘Keith and I went to the same school. He wasn't the most great with his reputation, so many rumors were spread, and eventually everyone was scared of him, but overall he's calm.’
(Tired, calm) 'Well I'm heading home then.'
INFO:
・Michelle, is the daughter of a single dad. She works as hard as she can to do what she wants.
・She dreamed of going to the academy right when it was established, she worked hard to get those 2 years in.
・Voice: Medium-high
・Age: 16 years old
(Confused) ’What are you doing here anyway, do you need anything?
(Annoyed) ‘Don’t just stand there, take a seat, we’re here to have a meeting.’
(Disappointed) ‘We could've got some extra work done if not for you guys fooling around.’
INFO:
・E.J, is a charming student president, who has worked his way up for his spot on the council.
・He wasn’t surprised when his dad said that he was going to transfer, his parents couldn’t care less about him.
・Voice: Medium-low
・Age: 17 years old
(Calm) ‘Eh? I haven’t seen you around, are you a new student?’
(Shocked) ‘I didn’t realize you were a transfer student. I’m EJ, the student council president.’
(Relieved) ‘Now, what did I miss?-’
INFO:
・Aaron, is a non-binary character, who is most of the time formal. They stays with Sagomi and really isn’t sociable
・They are indeed a very smart person, they try to pay his parents back for what they give them.
・Voice: Medium
・Age: 17 years old
(Formal) ‘She can be in the honor club, if she’d like, that is.’
(Calm) ‘Well of course, it’s Mr.Damian’s son.’
(Tired, Famished) ‘I’ll go look for a place then.’
INFO:
・Sagomi, is a care-free student council member, and is always there when there’s something to enjoy. (MTF)
・When E.J said that he was going to transfer to Akina, she asked her parents to let her go with him.
・Voice: Medium-high
・Age: 16 years old
(Confused) ‘So she’s in her first year?’
(Confused, Excited) ‘Oh?- Eian why are you here?’
(Happy) ‘Eian, would you like to eat with us?’
INFO:
・Lilith, is a pretty kind guy. He rarely talks but he is alot more cheerful than they really think.
・He didn’t really mind going, but since his father decided for him, he had no choice.
・Voice: medium
・Age: 17 years old
(Awkward) ‘I’ll be heading out now, see you after school.’
(Calm, Cheerful) ‘Oh hello, you must be Mechi.’
(Lost, but slowly starts to get it) ‘The library, it might take a while, so let’s head to the office first.’

・Eian, the polar opposite of her brother. She’s always looking for trouble, and she’s the class president.
・She’s not that smart, she gets exceptional academics, she did want to go to the Academy.

(Curious) ‘Lilith, are you even listening?’
(Cold, Soft) 'You should have warned me..'
(Cautious) 'I'd rather decline, thank you.'
