Agent Betsy Season 1
Project Overview
Agent Betsy is an indie animated series following a girl named Betsy as she overcomes guilt, and learns that the people around her are the things worth fighting for. The series follows 5 characters as they all learn their own respective lessons, and then have to fight for eachother.
Voice Actor
Betsy is a timid, yet helpful and caring character with a dark backstory. Constantly ridden with guilt, she’s constantly on edge, and believes she deserves nothing given to her.

Mac is a team player, always looking out for his friends well-being despite rules or regulations. He doesn’t believe in following restrictions, and that life is what you make of it, so it’s your responsibility to do what you want!

Heather is a sadistic maniac who loves watching everyone else struggle.

Gabbi is a happy scientist, looking to find a better life for her and her girlfriend, Kaiko
“ Aww, Thank you! You’re so sweet!”
“ We just need a few more parts, and we’ll finally be ready!”
“Oh, you flatter me!”

Kaiko is a laid back highly skilled fighter. No matter what, she’ll support her girlfriend’s dreams and always stick by her, even in death. She’s incredibly loyal to the people she knows, and has a strong sense of justice.

Tish is your typical Edgy young adult who cares for her friends deeply, and has a huge sense of justice that tends to get in the way of everything else. Her firm beliefs lead them into becoming the twist villain
“No, you listen to me! I know there’s something going on, and if you don’t wanna tell me, I’ll find it myself!”
(Gentle) “hey, hey… easy.. it can’t hurt you. It’s not real.”
(Ragged, more villainous) “listen to yourself. Do YOU think you sound like the hero?”

Agent Z is my favorite background character. She’s serious and work-focused.
“Focus, Meowzers. We have to get these guys to safety.”
“How DARE you put my coworkers in danger?”
“…Sorry.. guess I was in the wrong there.”

Kyo is gabbi and Kaiko’s lab child. He’s super sweet, and he loves meeting new people

Max is one of the agency robots. She’s broken, causing her to actually be helpful, and kind of naive.

The stern manager of a section of the agency, always aiming to look out for his child Patricia

“ Girls. And Tish. I’ve called you hear to inform you that you will be accompanied by our New and Improved Mechanical Ally, X24”
“ Thank you, Betsy. See, tish? Thats how you behave. Like an honest, proper young lady.”

She’s an anomaly. Mostly a background character, but important to the story. She’s usually bored, and has an intense hatred for the agency.
“ I said it was doomed. No 3 week, low energy, two-person break in could dethrone an agency.”
“ well sorry, it WAS a shotty plan.”
“ just leave ‘em. They’ll get used to it.”

I’ll be honest, this is my self insert and I don’t trust myself to voice them. They end up dating Kyo, that’s their only importance
“Are you sure about that, buddy?”
“Sorry, one second. I need my inhaler..”
“Nope. I have no clue. Not one. Sorry.”

She’s a background anomaly. She’s more refined than the others, and has a slight regal accent when she speaks
“ ugh. Don’t mind her. I’m locusta, but you can pretty much call me whatever you would like. So tell me, what has happened to you two?”
“Your wife is quite lucky to have you, my dear.”
“ I had tried to reason with them, but.. it seems my pleas fell upon deaf ears. Unfortunate, truly.”
Musician
Someone who knows how to make music. Agent Betsy will use different genres at different times, so either you’re able to make all kinds of music or I’ll need multiple people for this
