Absolute Flash // Motion Comic Fandub
Project Overview
Absolute Flash by Jeff Lemire has just dropped this past Wednesday. I've been planning to do dubs of every issue as they're releasing to post on my new YouTube channel. Flash is my favorite DC character and I've really been enjoying the new line of Absolute titles that DC has been publishing lately, but I've been more hyped for Absolute Flash than any of the books that have come out or are coming out soon. I need your help to bring this world and the beautiful art by Nick Robles to life.

Barry Allen is The Flash. Well, at least he usually would be. In this universe, Barry Allen is a simple chemical and physics scientist who works alongside Wally's father, Rudy. Barry is kind, compassionate, and respectful, being the only person to show any form of interest in Wally since he moved to this new town.

"Cut the kid some slack, Sergeant. We were all young once, weren't we?"
"Look, I'm glad I ran into you, Wally. Like I said, I read your file. You're a smart kid. To smart to be stuck sitting around the barracks and going to that embarrassment they call a school."
[In fear] "Wally?! Get away, son! Run!"
The father of Wally West. Strict, authoritative. He's an achieved scientist with a great mind. He means well, but he loses his temper easily and often just doesn't know the right way to deal with his son.

"It's not just that. It's what you saw. In the mountain. The work they're doing here.. it's dangerous, Wally. I need to be here. But I also need to keep you safe"
"The hell are you doing down here? And why aren't you in bed? They called me and told me they caught you sneaking back in!"
"It's colonel West. And you know damn well that civilians aren't permitted down here, Allen!"
Not much to say. He's just a random security guard at Rudy and Barry's lab.

"This is a restricted area."
You know you're not supposed to be out this late, kid. Your dad catches you, he'll have a fit."
Captain Cold AKA Leonard Snart. A supervillain part of Flash's rogues gallery. He uses a technologically advanced ice blaster that can freeze anything it's shot at.

"Jesse. Lisa. Split up and flank him. Harkness. You and I are going in head-on."
"I want him alive. For now."
"Harkness. Can you flush him out?"
Another one of Flash's villains. Captain Boomerang has been modified in this new universe to use drones and other sorts of machinery like a technologically enhanced boomerang. His attire and equipment is far more militarized. I'm looking for an Australian voice, obviously. Though I suppose it's not entirely necessary.

"Positive I.D. Wallace West. Do I have permission to attack?"
"As usual, Boomerang and I will do EVERYTHING."
So.. what'll it be, Captain?"
Yet another member of the Rogues. Just like the other members, Cold and Boomerang, her aesthetic has also been shifted to become militaristic.

"Dead or alive, Captain?"
A role that looks to be as if it'll be the main antagonist of this series. Not much is known about this version of Mirror Master, as he's surrounded in darkness and covered by a cloak, mysteriously watching Wally and the Rogues from behind screens.

"Mirror, mirror on the wall. Time to make the whole world fall.."
This version of Trickster doesn't really have much to say during this specific issue, but I'm sure that could change. I will say that I had a hard time telling that this was Trickster and had to do some research. She looks a lot different from the usual mainline version of Trickster.
"Please stop referring to that thing as if it's a person, Digger. It's creepy enough as it is."
