Project Overview
Started reading further into the Resident Evil files and happen to like Dangerous Secrets and so I am posting this one onto CCC.
☣☣☣I have started working on the video for Resident Evil: S.T.A.R.S Files.

▣ I will change out voice actors/actress with each file unless you express interest in reprising your role as ____.
▣ I do recommend you viewing the voice actors/actresses who perviously did the character. Take into consideration that the setting of this is at the core of the Resident Evil timeline. Most characters have had more then one person voicing them. The character's pitch might've change overtime.
▣ Also since the setting is at the beginning of Resident Evil, before Raccoon City fell into uter madness take in consideration that the characters are younger. Chris Redfield is 25. Clair Redfield is 19.
▣ Don't think the characters are out of your vocal range. If you can tell me which voice actor/actress you took inspiration from more brownie points to you.
☣☣☣So what I'm saying is don't tackle this with Resident Evil 5/6 or Revelations 1/2 in mind. Look at the older voice actors/actresses who did the character.

RESIDENT EVIL S.T.A.R.S. : WESKER REPORT
"I don't know about you but I have a bad feeling about this."
Chris Redfield is an old friend of Barton's. He was kicked out of the Air Force for insubordination. Apparently he was on a top secret mission and one of the members of his team was injured. His superiors ordered him to leave the man behind, but Redfield refused.

All right people, let's get down to business. We lost a lot of good people in the last few days. My job is to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again.
We've got a lot to cover, so let's get started.
(Narration)
A week ago, we got a request for help from the Raccoon City Police Department. Mysterious deaths had been reported in and around the town. Deaths that the local authories were at a loss to explain.

"I heard a scream from up stairs while Chris was gone..."
Burton also recommended Jill Valentine. He tells me the she's the “Master of Unlocking.”

(Jill is explaining to the group what happen on her end)
I heard a scream from upstairs awhile Chris was gone, so I decided to investigate. Forest's body was on the porch upstairs. His eyes were gouged out. I barely escaped the same fate myself.
(flashback scene; Jill is locked in a cell. She had confronted Wesker about his betrayal and he locked her up. Chris is the one to find her and she tells Chris, "Watch your back-- he's probably still close by.")
Watch your back-- he's probably still close by.
Huh? But Chris, it was you....
(Chris: Not now, Jill. We've still got most of the mission to recap.)
(Jill in thought)
What is he talking about? I found him in the cell!

"Mmm... Jill sandwich..."

(Narration)
I knew Wesker was working for Umbrella. He never told me the T-Virus was being developed for military use. I was under the impression that advanced disease research was being conducted.
(Narration)
I intended to turn Wesker in, but he threatened my family.
The person that seem to be in charge of the new research is William Birkin. If this is true, we're in trouble. He's fantically dedicated to his work and will sacrifce anything to achieve his goals.

"Do you like it? It's good for you. Shut your mouth and drink!"
Our resident medic is Rebecca Chambers. She'll be worthless in a fight, but she's trained in emergency medicine.

We all survived the crash, but were immediately attackted by horribly mutated beasts. We made a dash for the mansion. Once inside, Bravo leader Marini had us split up to explore the building. I wonder now whose side he was on. Barry?
(Chris: Easy, Rebecca. Barry'll have his say later.)
(Keep in mind that everyone expect Chris, Jill, and herself have died. Barry of course is alive. He was working along side Wesker, so keep in mind that when Rebecca refers to Barry that it's not a friendly gesture. Example: I wonder who ate the last cookie. Kelly?)
(Joins in on the Chris' narration.)
Lucky for me, I had my kevlar vest. The first thing a good medic learns is that you've got to keep yourself alive if you're gonna help anyone else.
Wait! Before we go any further, I want to address the siutation with Barry. He was the only one other than Wesker who knew Umbrella was secretly controlling the S.T.A.R.S. agenda.
(Chris: What?!? Barry, how could you!)
