--Basic Information--
Seiun, Nebula, the place where stars are born.
Seiun is a group based on the idea that together we can form the stars of tomorrow by working and evolving together. Based on no single franchise, and having no main theme, we plan on using multimedia such as audio and visual to express meaningful concepts and ideas, even if that idea is simply that we can do it if we work together.
Using English and Japanese as our main languages, we plan on creating and covering songs as well as creating animatics.
Seiun will have a rotating cast, meaning that we'll always be working with different members depending upon who is available at what time.
We're currently looking for members of all skill levels, with the aim of producing the best group that we can!
We are currently looking for Singers, Voice Actors, Mixers, Animators, Composers and Instrumentalists (this includes Vocaloid/Utau users!).
--Rules/Guidelines--
Be kind, respectful and polite to everyone, bullying is unacceptable!
Try to keep consistent recording quality, getting better is okay though.
Please do not majorly edit your recordings before submitting them.
If you are asked to re-record something, please don't be mad about it.
Please don’t be continuously negative in chat, we have a rant channel.
Asking for help and support is okay, blaming/hurting the group is not.
Deadlines are flexible (for the most part), we know you have lives!
But also please remember that laziness is not an acceptable excuse.

Q. I have a masculine voice, can I audition?
A. gender/sex has nothing to do with whether or not we cast you! Please audition!
Q. if I apply for both vocal and art... is there a chance that I could get picked up for art and not vocal? Cos I have a thing that I won't do art where I'm not singing unless I'm gettin paid.
A. We understand this! We will always try to cast artists, mixers and animators who apply for vocals as well as both, because we know how hard it can be!
Q. What language can I audition in?
A. You can audition in English, Japanese, or both!
Q. What do you mean by “mixer”?
A. A mixer is someone who can time, tune, add effects, and master audio.
Q. Does this mean if we make it into the group we won’t be singing songs in *language*?
A. We can sing songs in any language as long as the other members agree to it!
Q. I’m a video editor and I want to audition, but there’s no role for me?
A. There is, it’s called “animator”
Q. I’m a vocaloid/utau user/producer, can I audition?
A. currently we are not accepting solo vocaloid/utau users! If you create your own songs however, please apply for the composer role!
Q. Do you accept dancers?
A. People who are only dancers, no, if you can do something else as well (for example, video editing/animating) please do audition!
Manager note: we don’t plan on doing any dance covers at the current point in time
Q. I don’t want to audition yet because I don’t know what your work is like, can you post samples?
A. We have a video in the works that has simple samples of our managers work, but please remember, we are managers more than we are vocalists, animators, artists, etc.
